They said they would call me back with an answer. Nobody called back. That afternoon I called a third time to explain I had taken off work to coordinate. They couldn't tell me what was going on. I asked to speak to someone in charge. They transferred me to an unnamed voicemail. Nobody ever called. No mulch was ever delivered. I asked to cancel the order, but they didn't refund the payment. I had to call my bank to reverse the charge.

My contractors who lay mulch for living told me there is no way that's 25 cubic yards of mulch. It's about 10 yards short, that's $400 short. I ordered enough mulch to have 3 inches mulch to cover the garden beds, I ended up with covering the garden beds for like less than 2 inches of mulch. I called JK landscape about the problem, they insisted that they weighed and measured the mulch before shipping. But there is no way for me to argue with them as I can't prove it's 10 yards short. They give a $75 refund for shipping. But I will not order anything from this place in the future.

I can never take vacation, due to the fact that when work is slow and enough for just the guys that live in America, they call the Mexicans back and I have for years had to use my vacation time...they work us like dogs for the nothing pay... We deserve more money and respect... The company is cool however the Gainesville construction branch is pure garbage and full of racism.
