The indoor decor matches with the outside appearance, since Cabela's buildings all look they're humongous log cabins. As you walk inside, there's a big fireplace, with many comfy chairs to sit in while you wait for the outdoorsy-type person that you came with. Throughout the store, you'll see most of the outdoor gear that you could ever want. I could stay in this store forever, just looking at what they have to sell. The first thing we had to do was look at all of the taxidermied animals throughout the store. The biggest display was in the back, center of the store, which can be seen upon entering the store. Many animals are on display, so life-like that they look like they're going to move. If they do move, though, run, because these are animals you don't want to mess with in a store, like elk, moose, coyotes, badgers, bighorn sheep, mountain lions, bears, etc. Impressive antlers on many of the deer, elk and moose! So many other specimen displays are looking down at you as you shop through the store. We had to stop and look at the outerwear (jackets, coats) and other types of clothing. By the way, clothing for everyone of all ages is sold here. You just have to look in the right area - this place is huge! The outerwear here is good quality, mostly brand names, and the prices are very reasonable. The focus for clothing sold here is functional, not cutesy (unless it's primarily functional). They also sell Cabela and Bass Shop branded clothing, like t-shirts, hats and gloves, which are also quality-made and at very good prices. I also looked at many of the rod and reels, since I'm interested in fishing this year. Cabela's has so many fishing rod and reel combos to choose from that I got my usual analysis paralysis, so I'll do more research to pinpoint which combo would suit me the best. There are so many to choose from, at different price points and different construction. Later, I looked at fishing lures - again so many to choose from that I gave up. lol I went to the gun department, but I didn't see anything from the manufacturer that I like. They certainly carry a lot of various types of ammunition, though. As I was nearing the checkout lines toward the front of the store, I noticed a big candy display with packaged old fashioned hard candy in large baskets. I found a couple of flavors that I liked, so I bought a bag each of root beer and cinnamon. I'm definitely coming back to Cabela's once I decide what exactly I need for fishing!

I said if this for a travel or trip I'm not interested . He said NAH it's not. After he took my name, email and information he tried to sail me a trip for $199. I told him I wasn't interested and then to make it worse his coworker asked WHY NOT, then she said $199 isn't much money I said it is if you don't have it and then I said I don't want too. Next time I need to shop at Cabela's I shop online or go to BPS in Chattanooga. Nothing wrong with asking a customer to signup for a card or some current offer, but not OK to lie or be deceptive.

When it didn't come, I figured it was a simple mistake because "We promise it will be there by Thursday at 1PM, here's an email with tracking info to prove it!" sounds almost identical to "Yeah, we're really not trying to get this to your house by the time your party starts and we are terrible and we hate you." So I figured I might have just heard them wrong. But, nope, the tracking number backed what I thought I heard. So Saturday morning when it still had not arrived, my wife called them. Did they correct the problem? No. What we heard over the phone was an AS+O employee insinuating that it was somehow our fault it had not been delivered-OUR fault for believing the associate who had apparently just straight up lied to us about the delivery time-, no apology, and news that it would be delivered the following Tuesday (today) between 1-6PM, well after the party and birthday for which we had selected and purchased our gift. So, right now it is 6:30 on Tuesday- the very Tuesday during which it was supposed to have been delivered between 1-6PM. I hope AS+O Cartersville owns a DeLorean, because our item is still not here. UPDATE: The ping pong table arrived an hour after this post. The box was ripped wide open from one side to the other. Clearly the integrity of our package had been compromised. We sent it back. Called AS+O, they again tried to explain how their shipping works to me in a condescending manner instead of making things right. We will never (NEVER!) shop here again. Not even if there's a plague and the only cure is a combination of sporting goods and terrible service. Plague me.

Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... This has been tested a few times now and it is sad. I would have loved to give this location 5 stars but management really needs to speak with their customer service workers on how to provide service to everyone and not just who they prefer.
