The treatment is a bit pricey compared to other orthodontic offices but I rather pay the extra money for the consistent care and routine follow ups. If I had any questions they're more than happy to schedule an appt for a visit just to take a look and ease my mind/pain. 1000% worth the price. The office is really clean and smells fresh. I restarted my invisalign treatment since I stopped half way when I found out I was pregnant. Dr. C is very detail oriented on his care and explains every step. He was a referral from a friend. Not only is he a great orthodontist but he is also so friendly and happy all the time. The same goes for his staff. From the girls in the front to the ones that attend the patients ( I don't know their technical name.) I have no complaints about Naidu Orthodontics. I went with Invisalign over traditional braces because I am in my 30s and I rather not have something that was so noticeable ( either choice would have cost me the same ). I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and it took me about 2 years. ( keep in mind that not all teeth move at the same rate so it might take more or less time for someone else) I was also very disciplined and wore my trays the required 22 hrs a day. You can take comfort in knowing that Naidu dedicates time to answer and address any questions or concerns you may have. I never once felt rushed during my appointments. I had a root canal and a crown done here at roughly 1/10 the price at a regular dentist. The work was perfect. If anything the dentists are far more careful here than the private practice dentists I've seen. The only real hassle is joining their program, as there's a waiting list. After screening and initial evaluation, they're very thorough and very clear in recommendations. The staffers including front desk check-in are invariably friendly and efficient. It takes a bit longer since the dental students get everything checked over by the instructors. My impression was that the dental students just starting do the less complex tasks and the ones about to graduate get the more complex tasks

There were so many red flags that told me to run out of that office instead of moving forward. The ONLY redeeming employee with any sense of professionalism is Jay the Coordinator. Everyone else in that office acts as though it's their first day doing their task. I'll start with how I came in for a retainer in my bottom teeth. The tech did the scan of my TOP teeth before I had to correct her. A different tech handled my mold impressions. He overfilled the mold with the substance so when I bit into it, tons of substance splattered down the entire bottom half of my face, my neck and on my black shirt. It was a mess. After completing the mold, he returned with a SINGLE (yes one) damp paper towel and started to lightly dab my face. That wasn't going to clean that mess!! I had to request more paper towels and a mirror to clean myself up. Fast forward to the office throwing away my property that I was hesitant to trust in their care in the first place AND clearly stated that I wanted it returned back to me. The dentist NEVER apologized for his mistake. He blamed the situation on "miscommunication." There was no miscommunication. I said I wanted my property back. He told the lab that it was unusable and TOLD them to toss it. Meaning he IGNORED or FORGOT my request to have it returned to me after use. Again... his pride wouldn't issue an direct apology to me after his mess up. He said the following to me, "this one item won't break me. I have tons of clients that get retainers to be bothered by this one item." When the appointment was over he mumbled, "Have a nice life." I will since I NEVER have to encounter you and your arrogant behavior again! If I could give ZERO stars for Dr. Khakharia alone I would!! I hate that I ever set foot in that place.
