If these posts continue and are not removed permanently, you give us no choice to take all available legal options to remedy this." My family hired this law firm and was emailed other clients cases by mistake. I'm happy to post screen shots of that on goggle and yelp so it doesnt happen to you and Scott cannot say he doesn't know about it. Scott made threats to us to be able to take over 75% of the settlement and not keeping to his word after things were signed. Go with a law firm that shows compassion and keeps their word to you as a client. Scott apparently thinks a 6 figure settlement should go to him and the suffering client gets less then minimum wage. read more

We had first hand experience with the Blankenship law firm. I have never encountered an attorney that would pressure and threaten his own client when a settlement was ready. Scott Blankenship made it so that much more then half went to him. Never had I witnessed an attorney taking most of the settlement and then telling the client that they are "greedy" if they thought the attorney should get 40% as stated in the agreement. They treat their clients like they are just their next meal ticket and rushes them through the process to decide if the law firm will make enough money.
