So they just abandoned me and gave me the run around for over 2 years. No lie when I say that one day I was so determined for them to resolve my situation that I waited on hold for over 3 hours. Nothing was resolved that day though. Now I've received notification that they are completely obsolving themselves from me and I owe more than I would have if they helped me 2 years ago. I pray I may find a way to pursue successful legal action against them. Awful, horrible all around experience. Please stay away.

Long story short, we followed their instructions to the letter and made the payments to our R A M account as required. Four years later we were debit free and very happy with their service. I have seen numerous poor reviews of H.L.G. To and I have to wonder if those complaints might be of coming from folks who either Dr didn't completely understand the terms or requirements. We found them to be very of communicative; they kept us up to date and made very favorable settlements on our behalf. It has been some years. Since our last settlement and we have credit scores between 780 and 815. We have been very cautious in our use of consumer credit and appreciate the service provided by H.L.G.
