This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I came to them months before I needed things to happen with my case with my son. What a bad decision I made to choose this law firm. I was told that the maximum charges would be 5500 dollars for my case with my son. When the case was done I had paid almost 15000 dollars and my counsel was a joke of a disappointment when we went to the mediation. I lost the case anyway. She didn't bring up the topics I had requested to be discussed at the mediation. For your own sake please use someone else for your counsel! read more

If you want to lose your a%$ and look like a complete idiot to the judge and opposing council and have your children who are abused and neglected sent back to the abuser and be left in the hearing on your own and not get anything IMPORTANT out to the judge and at the end run out of time before you even cross examined the other party than hire this law firm. To top it off make sure you have $15,000 to just hand over to an attorney who spent the whole time preparing your case arguing with you and verifying your credibility making you feel like the one she was up against and using her opinion on your true facts of the case leaving out a mountain of very important information. Having to be told to stop shuffling papers over and over in court because I couldn't even hear opposing councils questions. Best part of it all, an attorney I didn't even retain took over and put me and my children in the worst position we have ever been in. The children back with the abuser 900 miles away, an order stating how not credible I was and now I'm waiting to see if I will be responsible for the other parties attorney fees because she didn't even represent me and it looks as if my claims were frivolous when more than ever I needed to get my children away from the abuse and neglect and was forced to hand them right over. THIS FIRM SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR LACK OF PERFORMANCE AND THE ATTORNEYS THEY HAVE REPRESENTING THEM. WHAT A JOKE AND A COMPLETE BREACH OF CONTRACT AFTER HIRING ONE ATTORNEY AND THEY DON'T EVEN STAY ON YOUR CASE IS AGAINST THE LAW. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR CHANCE AT SAVING YOUR CHILDREN'S LIVES WITH THIS LAW FIRM. THE BILLING IS ALSO VERY SKETCHY ALMOST $9,000 FOR A MOTION TO RESTRICT PARENTING TIME ON TOP OF ALL THE OTHER FAILURES OF THIS FIRM IS COMPLETE FRAUD.
