She is compassionate and understanding, while also telling you like it is and getting the job done. She was able to get everything done that I wanted in my case, I would 100% recommend!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

We met with Zach at Jones Law Office and after a long conversation we decided to go back to the contractor ourselves and try to get things resolved. After finding out that the contractor was still lying to us about the status of the permits we went back to Zach and asked for help. He said we had them on breach of contract and also said we could get them for deceptive practices. We asked about compensation and he said he wasn't sure if we could get anything beyond legal fees. He put together a demand letter in which we had him to ask for legal fees and lost interest on our last payment. After about a month we had not heard anything. The permits did get closed out but we got no response from the contractor or their attorney. When we asked what we could do he told us that Deceptive practices would be hard to prove, even though he originally brought it up and made it sound like it was possible. He also said we could go after breach of contract but could not get our legal fees, which is not what he had said before. The changing of stories is why they are only getting two stars.
