My baby was very determined but eventually was able to sleep by himself for nights and naps, predictably. Months later, his sleep became erratic again and she was quickly able to help us transition our baby from two naps to one. Able to improve the quality of life for our whole family. Pros: Real time communication at reasonable hours through sleep training process, quick responses, understanding, patient, professional. Highly recommend!

We successfully sleep trained our first daughter 3 years ago, but our 2nd daughter was a challenge and we felt clueless where to start. Shanna provided us with a customized guide and prepped us prior to starting. Once we began sleep training Shanna's constant communication and support truly got me through it. I am confident that we wouldn't have made it through the first week without Shanna's support and encouragement. She was there every step of the way and even helped us troubleshoot through all the huddles that were thrown our way. After a week with Shanna, our baby goes down on her own for naps and went from 20-30 min naps to an hour to 2 hours. Bedtime takes around 10 minutes for her to fall asleep and she is sleeping through the night. My husband and I have our evenings back and our sleep. I had no idea how much we needed help but Shanna changed our lives in one week!

His A1C has come back at 9 and above for 2 years and they never address the problem. Never have taken his blood pressure, never listened to his heart. Getting prescriptions refilled is a chore and the one time I visited, to demand they refill his prescriptions, the place was a ghosttown. Just 2 young people sitting behind a desk in an empty office. We have filed a formal complaint abd requested an investigation into this doctor. Do not go to him if you value your life and health.

Ayoub, MD's office have been marked by extreme delays, cancellations, and a complete lack of reliability when it comes to patient care. In 2022, I waited several months for an appointment, spent over two hours in the office, and never saw the doctor. I had to start the entire process over--waiting again for new insurance approvals just to see someone else. Now in 2025, my insurance once again referred me to Dr. Ayoub's office for breathing issues. I was told it would take three months to see the doctor, but that I could see the nurse practitioner sooner--about a month out. I rearranged my work schedule for that visit, only to get a same-day call canceling the appointment due to an "emergency." Based on my past experience and the many similar reviews, it's clear this office is consistently overbooked and poorly managed. This isn't just inconvenient--it's dangerous. Every cancellation forces me back through insurance approvals and delays care I urgently need. If you value your health and your peace of mind, find another provider.

I found Labor of Love by doing some of my own research online. And thank God I did! My doula,…read moreKaren, was my rock throughout my labor and was 100,000 percent amazing--I'll definitely be working with her for my second! A little backstory: I was overwhelmed and so nervous about finding "the one" person to be a part of the most important event of my life. After doing my research and reading through all these bios, I honestly was left feeling overwhelmed, especially knowing how indecisive I can be. I knew I just had to trust my intuition and my gut on this one! After looking at Karen's bio on their website, I had such a good feeling. Staci (the owner), who was super friendly and professional, helped me get connected with Karen, and I booked an interview right away! Karen was so sweet and asked me about my pregnancy experience so far. We discussed how I wanted my birth to go and any concerns I had. There wasn't any pressure to hire her, and it just felt like she was already invested in me, like I was already family. I even had her video chat with my husband to make sure we both felt comfortable and vibed well together--and we sure did! Overall, Karen ended up being the perfect balance of knowledge, experience, and professionalism. It was the most perfect amount of care I could have asked for. She was also such an advocate for my birth plan to work out. Before, during, and after my labor and birth, she was always naturally in tune with what I needed. She was never overbearing, worked so well with my husband, and gave him space to be a part of my support team as well. I am so grateful to have come across Labor of Love

My experience with Labor of Love was almost two years ago now but continues to upset me when thinking back on my experience. We hired Lauren as our doula, who made it clear she expected us to go far past my due date as a first time mom. While it's possible for that to happen, it didn't in my case. At 39 weeks and at 5am while in active labor and getting ready to head to the hospital, she let us know she had Covid. Her backup was Karen, who I wish we hired to begin with as she is far more caring and professional. Though unfortunately our experience still fell short and we ultimately delivered without Karen present. We were left feeling like we invested a lot of emotion and money into this process with ultimately no help. Staci has been incredibly rude to us since then and even revoked our access to watch her training videos, sending me a link to pay her once again when wanting to rewatch for our now second baby on the way. Karen herself even recommended we ask for a partial refund due to our experience, but Staci lacks the professionalism and courtesy to her clients. Truly mindblowing that she revoked access to the training videos after we had already paid for them. I would stay far away and recommend a more experienced and caring doula group.
