It also tell you the size it actual fits, even if the original clothing tag disagrees, and a bust size which is so helpful since vintage clothing doesn't usually have the same stretch as modern pieces. She carries pieces in all sizes. I saw XS through 5X in the store with more than one each. the prices seemed very reasonable for what you were purchasing. The store smelled and appeared clean. the owner welcome me in and then let me shop- no hounding or frequent inquiries. I don't find anything for myself today, but I was charmed by her shop and mission. I wish I was local so I could peruse regularly.

While attempting to get a receipt or proof of sale for items owned by my Grandmother, the attitude immediately changed and they became incredibly rude and defensive. I fault myself for being surprised, seeing as I had already seen reviews on google which they had responded to incredibly rudely and negatively. I highly anticipate the same treatment for myself. After the incident concerning my Grandmother's items, my Mother and Aunt were asked to leave and told they were not welcome to return and the issue was left unresolved. While I understand no one appreciates being questioned about their business and style, you would still anticipate a level of decorum on part of the employees and also an accurate record of sales. However, I am no longer concerned about how this business is run, because I will also consider myself unwelcome there as well. Today I visited this store with excitement! I saw several blue plates that I wanted to purchase for…read moremy epic plate wall at home. Nobody greeted me and I had to search for help. The sales lady looked upset that she had to help me because she was sitting down visiting with another woman. The blue plates were not priced and I asked the sales clerk what the price was. When she shared the price of the first plate, I said "ohhh". She interpreted this to mean that I couldn't afford to shop in the store. She looked at me and said, "If you think that is expensive, you won't be able to afford anything in here." I could not believe my ears. I asked the price of a second plate and tried to move on. She told me, "That plate isn't for sale." I'm a 57 year retired woman visiting from Los Angeles. I'm here in town for lots of shopping and the Sea Glass Festival, I'm pretty sure I have the money to buy a few blue plates and whatever else I want. Never in my life....today was an absolute first. Do not shop here, unless you enjoy being treated disrespectfully and having to search for help.
