The second was a beautiful grilled vegetable platter with asparagus, peppers, zucchini, squash, carrots and bread and crackers accompanied with hummus and ranch dip. The table was constantly replenished by Joseph, who also picked up plates and cups and kept the reception area nice and clean. He was an excellent server and very nice. They delivered the food over 2 hours away (Meyers, CA) and it arrived perfect. My brother-in-law is a chef/restaurateur with 2 restaurants and he could not stop eating the lasgna, and was amazed at how affordable their offerings are, especially at that high caliber. My wife also asked the chef to make a recipe that was not on their menu (Marry Me Butter Beans). It was soooo good. My wife and I are both vegeterian and so we wanted a fully vegeterian wedding. Its not always easy to please non-veg guests when you're only offering vegeterian fare, but Catered to You was able to pull it off. I literally had a friend text me earlier today saying he is still "dreaming" of those incredible tacos! Carlos was warm and communicative from go, always professional and responsive. He arrived early to the venue and quickly and efficiently set up his stations and tents and got to work making some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating.
