Ordered a mushroom Swiss with string fries. Wow... I have never in my life experienced such a dry pumas stone for a burger. The bun was so hard I could have sanded the porcelain off the bath tub with it. The burger/meat was at best 1/2 half the size of the lifeless bun. My mouth feels violated since I tried eating it. Oh and the shoe string fries were so greasy I could have grabbed them and squeezed the grease from them as if they were still coated in oil. Do yourself a favor and don't order a burger from here! The absolute worst burger I have ever had.... The waiter was very good and polite. Atmosphere was neat, but at the end of the day the so called food was anything but acceptable. read more

A family member of mine was over-served alcohol. She fell on the property. Her foot was dislocated, broken, and fractured. This resulted her being in the hospital for a month. She had 5 rods holding her foot together, then 9 screws and 2 plates. Bartenders should know when to cut people off! She still can't walk until this day! I felt the menu was a bit limited and overpriced. I went in hoping for a steak dinner, but couldn't bring myself to paying for a 10oz sirloin when I could spend the same money across the street for a 12-16oz rib eye or prime rib dinner. I ended up ordering street tacos instead. They were good, but not sensational. The service was friendly, but a little on the slow side. I believe the place has only recently opened and the kitchen staff is still ramping up on how to efficiently prepare all the menu items. We arrived at 6:05pm and were the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered drinks and those came out right away. We ordered food shortly after maybe 6:15 at the latest. I ordered an omelette with hashbrowns, my husband ordered their huevos rancheros, my son ordered waffles, and my youngest two kids ordered a burger and fries. Not a huge order and nothing special was changed. We didn't get our food until 7:45pm. There was a white couple with two kids who came in at 7:30. They ordered their food and it came out at 7:50. This is completely unacceptable. If it wasn't a weekday and we didn't wait so long I would have just walked out. We didn't realize it had been so long because we were playing a game with our kids to pass the time. I will NEVER go back. If you're a person of color, I will bet that your order will be late too. Remember, we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant when we arrived. read more

Wonderful place to stop for a quiet drink with your bestie, or to celebrate the day with all of your friends. Every time we stop, the service is excellent. The bartenders do an amazing job, are always friendly and attentive. Definitely the best craft cocktails (mocktails too) in town, a nice selection of wine & beer along with a great appetizer menu. If you are looking to try your luck on the machines, watch your favorite sports event or just have a drink after work, this is the place. We have never been disappointed. read more

Every time we've come into this bar, it's been a solid experience. The drinks are always on point. You can tell the bartenders know what they're doing and actually care about the quality. My mother and i were gambling in this casino. She was sitting behind me when I turned and watched as she moved from the first floor to the second floor, which was three stair steps down. Due to inadequate lighting and being 94 years old (poor eyesight), she missed the stairs and tumbled on her shoulder to the floor, breaking the glass of Coke she was carrying. This was a bad fall for anyone, least of all a 94 year old woman. The casino attendant and I approached her at the same time. The attendant seemed concerned, as she well should have been. I mentioned to the attendant that the stairs needed better lighting and that this incident was a lawsuit waiting to happen (we shall soon see). I lifted my mother to a chair so she could regain her senses because she was really shaken up. The shoulder/arm she landed on was bruised and swollen, which was to be expected. The attendant cleaned up the glass and left us. I soon approached her at the bar, where she spends most of her time on her phone, and told her to tell the owner what had happened. She was a bit defensive and did not seem interested in my advice. As can be imagined, I was angry. I realize it wasn't the attendant's fault, but her lack of sensitivity was incredible. As well, she never once asked mom how she was doing after the incident, which speaks negatively to her lack of sensitivity when dealing with others' pain. What really brought that home was her saying "have a nice day" as we were leaving. What a brain-dead bimbo. read more
