He looked at me puzzled and said, "No." Of course I thought to myself, "Okay, maybe I should leave," but then he told me to go into the ammo line. Once I was in the ammo line, I didn't wait long before I was signaled over by another associate. This associate's name was Hudson. Long story short, we started chatting, developed a good rapport, and he ended up saving me a ton of money on range ammunition. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a positive one, and like I said, I ended up going easy on my wallet, which was great. I went to my local Sportsman Warehouse to select and pick out a firearm. Customers be aware have your patience got on because you're gonna need it because if you either gonna pick up Ammo or starting a paperwork will be your right arm. You will be waiting in a line. They have this new system now where we have a kiosk barcode and you have to scan the barcode and check yourself in and put yourself online currently I've been reading almost 2 hours and barely budged. I strongly suggest that they hire some more people or qualify some more people to certified and doing the firearm paperwork process and distribution that is much needed. Had he been honest, I might have eaten the cost, but because this shop chose to insult my integrity to cover their technical incompetence, I am pursuing a chargeback and Small Claims court on principle. Hidden Charges and Price Gouging: The financial discrepancies are blatant. The item was listed at $265.00. After taxes and fees, the itemized receipt showed a total of $287.13. However, my bank statement shows a final charge of $297.18. That is a $10.05 unauthorized discrepancy above the signed receipt. She carried them around the whole store and had her heart set on getting them. When we got to the register the cashier told us that she wouldn't be able to sell them until the 24th of that month. Mind you there was a whole wall of Bluey Crocs. I understand that some products have blocks on them by the manufacturer and there's nothing the store can do. But they offered no apology to us or our visibly upset daughter. A manger walked over and offered the same explanation "there's nothing we can do". The manger did not offer us an apology either. This was their fault and they took no accountability, offered no apology, or anything to remedy the situation. Do not take your children to this establishment because they simply do not care.

Finding someone to answer questions or provide assistance was difficult, and there never seemed to be enough employees on the floor to adequately serve customers. The store itself has a good selection, but the lack of customer support made the shopping experience frustrating. Improving staffing levels and placing a greater emphasis on customer service would go a long way toward creating a better experience for customers.
