What stood out for me was that the facial was completely catered to you personally and I don't just mean technical skin stuff, I mean in terms of experience. They make sure that your stay is 100% to your taste and liking. This is evident in several things that you'll see if you choose to go. I loved the fact that she asked me, before she even started, if I'd like to know about the products she was using on me, or if I'd prefer to have quiet time.....and I chose quiet time. The message chair was super comfortable, the music was at the perfect volume and the temperature was neutral with the option of having your heating pad on the bed turned on or off.....depending on your mood. First time guests receive $10 off their first treatment and $20 off their products which I appreciated. This is where I come for new collection nail polish. They have every possible shade of OPI available! The collections are so quick to update that I can always find the newest collections of OPI there (in stores) before anywhere else. They carry new collections in all the other brands too. Pretty much if you can't find the nail polish/product you want at your local drug store, you can almost definitely find it here! Buy more, and the price comes down per bottle. It starts off at just under $10. With each extra bottle you buy, the price comes down by a $1 per bottle! It's a pretty sweet deal for a nail polish addict - me!!! The staff... I never want to talk to them because they can be so pushy. Although I have no problem saying no, they are relentless! The trick is to tell them you already know what you want. I still browse the shop sometimes out of curiosity. The rest of the stuff are pretty pricey, so I don't buy anything from them, except nail polish!

Whether if I make a small purchase, big purchase or even no purchase at all, they gave me lots of free samples to try out! Its a way to do business keeping ur customers but if the prices are the same for some of the brands you can find elsewhere ie. The Bay, Sephora, Murale, etc. why not get it here when u can get a $10 coupon for future purchase, gift with purchase (depending on which brands) and lots of free samples? The Bay offers 10% cosmetics and fragrances from time to time only and gift with purchases (certain times for each brands), Sephora offers points... no gift with purchase and sometimes 10-15% off Sephora days and no samples or rarely... I received a confirmation email, and a COVID-19 questionnaire via email as well. Lots of parking too, it's located in a little plaza in Richmond. I didn't know what to expect since it was my very first time getting a facial, and I was immediately impressed by the interior/decor at the front desk reception area when I walked in. It's very modern/earthy/chic (eg. white walls, natural plants)- and definitely feels very calming and relaxing. I booked my appointment with Lisa Liang for a La Cachette Signature Facial, and she was very sweet and patient as she walked me through what to expect. Bonus: The washroom are gorgeously decorated as well, and very very clean. The facial lasts a full 1 hour and 15mins or so. The rooms have soft ambient music playing, and the heavy sheets are super super comfortable - you could easily take a nap! I'm not well versed in their products, but various cleansers, exfoliant and peels are gently massaged into my face. Mines ended with a cold jelly mask thing. They use a lot of G.M. Collin skincare products (I also got 2 samples on my way out). My favourite part was starting and ending with a deep breathing exercise with essential oils, and also a little face/head massage at the end. The La Cachette Signature Facial regular price is $135, but I went for a limited time 50% off promo. Overall, it was a very pleasant & relaxing experience. I like my soaking water hot, but initially it was so hot, I would've sustained third degree burns if I had submerged my feet in the tub (no exaggeration!). Thankfully the lovely technician quickly cooled it way down for me when I asked her to. (I wish I remembered her name. She was very nice!). The whole experience felt very indulging and personal. No problem, everyone makes mistakes and you gave me a credit towards my next visit which was yesterday, November 22nd. Unfortunately your company has chosen to use not properly trained people to tint eyebrows and eyelashes (Leila). My eyebrows are not very well done, they do not match each other. I can live with that. I am attaching a photo of the damage done to my eye from the eyelash tint. I hoped it would get better today, it hasn't. I didn't feel comfortable at the time and was concerned the person who was doing this wasn't knowledgeable enough in what she was doing. This is bad!
