TO SARA U'S COMMENT BELOW: If I could give negative stars I…read morewould. Philip did my tattoo and completely abused me. Not only was he disrespectful towards me, but more importantly he was incompetent in his technique. There is no reason he should be tattooing anyone. My tattoo bled(blown out), scarred and looked disgusting. Thankfully I found an incredible artist in downtown Augusta who covered it beautifully and was completely professional. The man who did my cover up agreed that this was a terrible "artist" who is a disgrace to the real professionals. I do not suggest Philip for any tattoo. Perhaps others there have talent, but he has no place in this industry. Leave it to the real artists with *two hands* who know what they're doing. ARE YOU FREAKIN CRAZY?? Phillip did my cover ups and has always done my sons tatts and their friends tatts and not once have i ever heard someone as ignorant as you say such stupid shit. Whether someone has one or two hands has nothing to do with their talent.,, Phillip is by far the best tattoo artist i have ever meant,. He was very respectful and clearly by far more worried about me and how i was feeling than he was about making a buck ,.. He is always concerned over his customers comfort then he is anything else. Shame on you for putting such crap on here.If you would of went to him he would of fixed any issue you had. You are one of those people who spews shit out your mouth before you give him a chance to fix what ever YOUR issue may be. Next time you wanna spew shit then get yourself a bib.. If you need to say something to me by all means please do. You obviously don't know excellent talent when its in front of you. Obviously by your face excellent talent is not part of your vocabulary. You are an ugly person inside and out. You need to check yourself and your comments on this company by going to them directly instead of spewing your bogus bullshit.

Also featured from a previous piercing is my white gold "Slasher Dagger" by BVLA.

But, it is still my skin and it is still a piece of art I am paying for...that will be on me forever! So when I'm looking at the next piece, especially when it is on the arm and not so hidden as the ones on my chest, I need to be at complete peace with the art and the artist. And just yesterday, I was. On the right arm I knew I wanted to get an anchor light, but also knew I would need to keep it out of sunlight and the ocean and pools for a few weeks. So when I scheduled this tattoo back in March, I set it for November. My assumption was that it would be cooler and I would be in long sleeves (fyi, my assumption was right!). I had emailed via the website with a general description of what I was looking for and Vincent responded the same day. He asked if I could send some examples and would be willing to stop by to pay the deposit ($100). The next day he had a sketch laid out and ready to go. So just to recap, I had 6 months to change my mind. But I had already checked out Vincent's work. I also knew he is a person focused on quality, not just personally as a artist but for his entire studio. That was the last time we connected until three days before I received a text to confirm my appointment. Date and time, spot on. Vincent prepped everything, showed me the design, and was adamant that if I wanted to change something to just let him know. He took the time to let the sketch draw on my arm (my first time experiencing that, but greatly appreciated) before setting to work. I will mention that when Vincent works, he goes all in. Needles are prepped, ink is ready, paper towels stacked up, and he has headphones on. I'm here for it. Don't ever question an artist's method if it produces the desired result. And produce it did. About three hours later he finished up, had it covered in witch hazel, then a artificial skin (medical grade stuff) to help it heal quicker (aka, 2 weeks instead of 4-6). I am more than impressed with his work and the studio as a whole and will plan to return for future pieces. Also, there's plenty to eat in the same shopping center in case you get pre or post tat munchies. Just saying.

If you need a piercing, I *highly* recommend somewhere else like Allegiance. My experience here was…read moreunhygienic and unprofessional. UPDATE: my eyebrow got painfully infected after my piercing here and I required antibiotics. My eyebrow bar fell out today so I immediately came here for a replacement. Since the piercing was still open, I was told I did not need to sign any paperwork since they "wouldn't be making be bleed." I was told it would be $20 for a new bar to be put back in. After looking at it, the piercer said it would actually be an extra $20 fee to repierce. I still didn't sign any paperwork, and he did not sanitize my eyebrow before putting in the new bar. I felt a pain unlike any other piercing I've gotten (I have many). Turns out he forced the bar through my skin and created a new wound (highlighted in the photo). I bled profusely while he tried to screw the two ball ends onto the bar. He struggled and dropped them onto the floor and had to get new jewelry. I know how hard it is to screw those things on -- but that's because I'm not a professional. The extra broken skin, plus the jewelry being pushed around, means now I have blood pooled up in my eyebrow. I was given paper towels for my bleeding (again, this has never happened to me with any piercing before). I had to ask for alcohol wipes to clean it myself. Before leaving, I asked the piercer why he didn't sanitize anything. He said because he "didn't know he'd have to repierce it." If that's the case, then why'd he tell me upfront he'd be charging the extra $20 piercing fee? Look, I get it if you've never done this kind of piercing or if you're simply having an off day. But this is another person's body you're dealing with. If you don't know what you're doing, just say so. Don't wait til we all find out the hard way. Please be more honest with your customers next time.

The woman there that did it put the dot on my ear and did not show me with a mirror (like ALL other shops show me before piercings) to make sure that's where I want it. The back end comes out right at the crease. Then she put in a regular earring instead of a bar?? Now my ear is swollen and the bar is so short. I'll be going to another place for future piercings. Went to another piercer to get it checked out and she said the gauge was too small, the piercing bar was too short, and was pierced incorrectly. She told me to take it out and get it redone. So thanks for making me waste $40! If anyone wants to come here for a piercing I suggest you look somewhere else!
