I love the indoor running track and wish I had a similar option at home. This is a million times better than running on a treadmill! I've enjoyed it on rainy summer days as well as snowy winter mornings. The fitness center is also very nice and quite large. There is ample equipment and it is extremely clean. I like the Clorox (or Lysol) wipe stations available throughout the facility. There are plenty of mirrors for checking form when lifting and lots of cardio equipment options. Additionally, I enjoyed the large glass windows when I used the treadmill one winter morning. The view is spectacular! The fitness center and running track are the only options I've taken advantage of when in town; however, the class schedule and rock climbing wall both look dynamite. I may give either or both a whirl when I return this summer. Lots of options are available so check it out online and day and weekly passes are available for purchase. The owner/instructor, Julie is really good, and always makes you feel welcome. The other instructor, Janet is also really good and she is great at slower more meditative classes. They recently added a few more instructors, that up until this point I have not tried yet. I am pretty new to the whole yoga scene, I just started it in December, but enjoy the relaxation and opportunity to clear my mind of whatever is going on in my life. This is a great place to go. The treadmills all have TVs built in with a bunch of other technology I don't understand. All their equipment is rented so when there is a problem it's fixed or replaced in a matter of days. All the stuff is replaced every three years. WiFi on all three floors as well. Get your Netflix on while working out. I would seriously recommend this place for everyone of all ages. It is super clean, not too crowded a peak times, and had a decent equipment set up and lots of cardio as well.

Staff does not monitor students spending excepting amounts of time on one machine often there will be a line of them hanging out at one machine and using it back to back or they will be " super setting" picking up two machines but between each machine, they'll take about 20 to 30 minutes to go from one machine to the other other times, they'll be using the dead left or squat area and then sit in the bench area and take up both empty benches that other people can be using while they sit and rest as well as the sit up and dead lift area. Then they are constantly taking out tripods or taking selfies/videos in the restroom, which is bizarre they have no consideration about who may be in the background using the bathroom stalls. Also, there's no dress code and often women are wearing a very lewd outfit showing off areas not everyone else in the gym wants to see.
