She even put my address in another town 25 miles from me. Then when I went on the automation service to let them know, nothing but run around. I finally decided I would just call first thing Monday morning. Before 8 a.m. I get a voice mail stating I had a problem. I didn't give them an accurate address. So I was irritated, called the little obnoxious sounding man back. He kept saying I am 1.5 hours away from you, not my problem. I made an appointment. I texted him my home phone and address. Nothing until 11:30 a.m. stating my tech had been changed and I now would not get my service after my 8 to 12 time slot. Finally after 1 p.m. the new tech called me. His GPS couldn't find my address. Was it County Rd 29, not Osprey Avenue. They are the same road and Osprey is my mailing address. Finally gets here at 1:30. He is great. He deserves a raise. 1St tech was horrible and had an attitude from the start. I actually told my insurance agent if I have to go through Safelite again, I will be changing my insurance company. I have one day a week off. They took the whole day to fix my windshield. Only reason they got a 2 is because of the second tech. Most horrible experience ever with glass replacement.

I was sure I'd have to have repairs completed here (2.5 hours away from my home) even though the logistics would be complicated (including car rentals, return trips, and additional complexity with our holiday weekend). The two men at the Brainerd/Baxter Abra took a look at my vehicle and quickly said "I think we can fix it up so it's drivable and you can get home." Less than 10 minutes later they had pulled and pushed things around enough so my car was safe. The driver door was unable to be opened, and they fixed that too. "All your fluids are fine, nothing is compromised - you're good to go. We put a couple zip ties on the side panel to hold it together and you can get this fixed when you get home." When I asked what I owed, the main person smiled and said "No charge. Glad to help." What amazing service. Highly recommended! Thank you for getting me safely back on the road.

One of my windows was broken and I needed a quick repair so I didn't get rain inside. I received a recommendation from a camper repair guy that I should contact Gull Lake Glass to replace the window pane. So I called and talked to them about the repair. They walked me through the repair estimate, cost, and length of time. I scheduled an appointment with the hopes work could be completed in the same day. I brought my window to them just after they opened and they got right to work. They quoted me same day replacement. After about 3 hours, they called with the finished window. Amazing!!! I picked it up and got it installed in time to keep the rain out. The window pane was originally glass and I replaced it with plexiglass. As you can see, it looks identical and really nice!! And, the cost was less than originally quoted which was a huge bonus! I would take my glass replacement here again. I can't speak to a new glass product, such as a glass shower door or other project, but if they treat that in the same manner, I'd use them for that too! Thank you!

Why did I have to wait 2 weeks for a special part for this generic stereo? The worse part is when you drop the top on the car, you can't even tell the radio is on at full volume. I'm not great with names!) brought my car back into their shop, and came out and informed me that he had looked again and found a used windshield that was the right size! He had no obligation to check again, but he did and saved me $55 when easily could have just gone with the more expensive new windshield! The RainX coating was only $2, which was really nice as well!
