They offer a wider selection of classes than I'm accustomed to seeing in a more "typical" box (full hour classes, half hour quickies, etc). They seem to really enjoy helping beginners; if you're considering a gym but are intimidated by the idea of jumping into Crossfit, Decisions would be a fantastic place to squash any of those inhibitions.
