I love this place! I incorporated Pilates into my workout routine this year and it's kicked up my fitness journey to another level! I visited the downtown location. The people here are very engaged and upbeat. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Loved the sessions at first but teachers and times are always being switched. I prefer consistency which contributes to better learning skills, overall strength and improvement and fewer injuries. I read the other review about the payment process and was compelled to voice my opinion. Yes, they do ask for a 3 month commitment when you sign up for a package, but if you're not sure if you'll like it, sign up for the lowest package. They explain the process fully each time so I'm not sure why the other reviewer said she had no clue... I've upgraded my membership to unlimited and am there almost everyday... I've heard the girls talk... it's basically one of the first points they make!!! Maybe she wasn't paying attention? Regardless, if you go on their site, you can sign up for a free intro class. Take the class and see if Pilates is for you. If it is, then Club Pilates is for you too because it's such a great studio with awesome instructors!!! With that out of the way, I'd like to tell you about my experiences so far, and that is nothing short of loving it!!! That intro class is such a great idea because like starting anything new (especially something like Pilates or Yoga where form is everything), coming into it as a newbie is incredibly intimidating. I was for sure... intimidated... but that feeling left my body as soon as I was introduced to Sylvia as my instructor for the intro class. She is so warm and inviting, and despite how knowledgeable she is, because of her sweet demeanor, she is not intimidating at all, in fact all you want to do is listen to her and learn from her! (I did her cardio sculpt class the other day and I am still feeling it!!!!) Mary Lou's classes are so fun!!! She is so smart and so engaging and very energetic. She is also very knowledgeable about how the body works... and I love how excited she gets when she sees that you get it!!!! I have only been able to make it to 1 of Emmy's classes because of my schedule, but she is just as great!!! All of the instructors are always so open and receptive to answering questions, which is so awesome when you're new to the whole Pilates scene! The neat thing that makes Club Pilates different (for me) from any other gym or workout routine is really the instructors. They are constantly walking around the room and making sure your feet are in the right place, your back is in the right place, you're breathing correctly, etc. They truly care that you are learning to do Pilates the right way... and that was one of the things that concerned me going in and not knowing their philosophies, because if you don't have instructors that care, you can really risk injury. Not at this place... they will help you get sorted out... and the most important part is that they don't call you out if you're in the wrong position, they come over to your area and help you get it right... no intimidation!!! The studio itself is very cool... sleek and modern. And the equipment is top of the line and well maintained. All of the girls that work the front desk are so friendly and very inviting... they make you feel like you're in the right place... you know how some places make you wish like you didn't open the door... they make you feel at home! Did I mention the workouts??? OMG they are AWESOME!!!!!! I feel so strong!!!! Just be aware if you sign up for the 3 month trial, you will actually be charged for 4 months. The $59 enrollment for the first month does not count towards the 3 month trial, so you actually pay 3 monthly charges for the next 3 months. VERY deceptive. read more

Love this place! Can't beat the price. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and thoughtful. They can modify anything for you based on your needs/limitations. I've been going since the end of April and now I'm in the best shape of my life. I've done everything from distance running, CrossFit, spin, you name it. You get a great workout that isn't too strenuous and makes you want to puke afterwards. If you think you are too old/too overweight/not flexible enough THINK AGAIN!!! Pilates is for every body type. The contract stipulations are clearly stated so anyone complaining of the price or issues surrounding that, obviously didn't read the contract. read more

I attended the free introductory class for Club Pilates four weeks ago. I thoroughly enjoyed it and immediately signed up for eight classes. I am not a morning person, but I arise for the seven o'clock class and feel great. And taller lol. In fact, I purchased the unlimited package last week, because I feel stronger through my trunk and have increased flexibility. The classes are appropriately challenging. The instructors regularly change the routines to avoid accommodation of your muscles. Krystal is amazingly personable and accommodating. I loved Sylvia. I tout the classes at work and several people have taken the introductory class and intend to continue on this fitness journey with club Pilates. I am now #TeamClubPilates! read more

I was excited to try Pilates reformer after hearing many good things about it. I went to club Pilates to try my first class to see if it's right for me. I got there early thinking someone would give me some direction on how Pilates reformer works and how the studio operates. I arrived and was told the instructor would be there early to help me out. The class was scheduled at 4:30 and I left work an hour early to make it to this class since they had limited availability for intro classes. Next thing you know the woman at the front said she didn't know where the instructor was. We all waited around, and the instructor arrived 15 minutes late and says "she lost tracK of time". I went through the class with absolutely no guidance and no idea what I was doing even after letting the instructor know. She didn't do anything to help me out and rushed through the class since she was late. The class was even cut short. The studio did nothing to make up for this first experience and didn't even bother approaching me to discuss anything. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. read more
