All of their vegetables are hand chopped, their salad dressings and pizza dressings are homemade. Even their macaroni salad is yummy and made on location. The first time I ordered fish and chips, it was handed to me in a pizza box and I thought they had made a mistake but it's because the fish is so big and so flaky and so tasty that it needs to sit in a large box.
