Awesome. Amazing. Responsive. Worth every penny! I stumbled across The Booth Bus on Pinterest MONTHS (maybe even a year or two :)) before I was engaged. I saved the picture as I knew I would want this at my future wedding. I mean, come on, a VW bus, that looks gorgeous, and is a photo booth, how can you not?! Well, the day I got engaged, I emailed them right away as I wanted to make sure that whenever we decided on a date, they were available. Anthony was quick to respond with a very detailed email on varied pricing, how to book when we were ready, and a link to their website to check out some pictures. My husband and I don't have experience with the costs of other photo booth companies so we thought at first they were a bit pricey, but I believe after learning of how involved they are, they are worth it. As we got closer to our date, Anthony reached out in helping us personalize all the aspects surrounding our photo booth (the backdrop, type of bus- as they have two, the photo strip layout, email signature, text signature). Then, the day of, we were lucky to have Justin be the lead of the day with the bus. He was warm, welcoming, and funny. Our guests had a BLAST in the bus, as did we. On our honeymoon, we received an email stating that our digital photos from everyone who took a photo in the bus was ready (about 2-3 days after our wedding!) Who would have thought a VW van from Capitola would have changed my life forever. My girlfriend and I have always loved photo booths. We began taking photo booth photos when we first started dating and continued this tradition until we had over 4 years of memories plastered on our fridge. When it came time for me to propose, I couldn't think of a more fitting location than inside of a photo booth. The challenge was finding the perfect location. Believe it or not, photo booths are hard to come by these days! To make this work, I thought one might have to come to us. I remembered we had once taken a photo in a mobile photo booth and so I began looking at options. All of the options I was finding were... well... super cheesy and lame, until I came across The Booth Bus. The clean lines and beautiful aesthetic of the vintage VW van made the perfect enclosure for such an important moment. Now, a proposal is not the traditional usage for The Booth Bus, so I knew it wasn't a guarantee. However, as soon as I reached out, Anthony and his team were super accommodating and excited to help me with my plans! I couldn't have asked for better collaborators to make this event as memorable as possible. When I reached out, I only had my ideas half developed and it was Anthony who made some very helpful suggestions on potential locations to place the bus and was quick with alternatives whenever we ran into roadblocks. Ultimately, Anthony helped me talk through final logistics so everything was perfect, down to every customizable detail. He had the bus parked on a quiet Capitola street overlooking the ocean and even talked to the residents of the adjacent house to confirm we would not be disturbed. The moment my girlfriend (now fiancee) and I rounded the quiet Capitola street where The Booth Bus was parked, I knew I made the right choice in investing in The Booth Bus. We approached the booth and heard the custom playlist I'd set queued up perfectly (something that brought tears to my girlfriend's face). I even noticed two glasses and champagne set up - a pleasant surprise. On the second strip of photos I got down on a knee and proposed, of which The Booth Bus was able to capture a genuinely candid photo of us. We then proceeded to take about 30 additional photo strips photos, haha, until I texted Jack (the Booth Bus attendant) to come out from the bushes and he shot some amazing high quality pictures of us and the special moment. We had the booth bus at our June 2 2018 wedding and it was incredible! It was the one thing I really wanted at our wedding so I saved up for it and it was so worth it! Everyone loved it and it consistently had a line which was nice to see. The attendant was so friendly and let the parents of the bride/groom skip the line, as well as the bride and groom! In fact, we had a lot of guests tell us about the attendant and how kind and sweet he was. He also seemed to print the same number of photo strips as the number of people in the photo which was great because everyone got to have their own copy or put an extra in our guest book. I also was excited that I got to customize the photo strips with whatever font I wanted, background I wanted, and text I wanted. I also got to pick the photo booth background and add on any additional things like a booth bus guest book for example. My only regret was that I didnt get to spend more time in the bus! If the price is a little high for you, I would tell you to make the sacrifice! Georgia(the bus) and Anthony made our wedding! Our guests kept coming up to us to tell us how amazing it was and continue to tell us! We had so many people tell us how amazing Anthony is, he makes conversation and is just SO happy to be there which is sometimes hard to find! You get two print outs of your photo strip (that as the client you get to custom design), then you can get an email copy! Then after the event, in a very quick response time you get a link to view all of your guests photos! We actually had guests surprise us with a pregnancy announcement! And without the booth bus giving the extra feature of digital copies we would of never had that special moment! The booth bus is so amazing, from the actual experience of Georgia to the staff. From the very start, Anthony was extremely responsive by email and made the booking process totally hassle-free. He was helpful in putting together our custom photostrip background and was in touch prior to the event to make sure everything was in order. His team (actually his parents!) showed up early and were even able to accommodate requests from our photographers to shoot some photos with Georgia (the bus) prior to the ceremony.
