Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. We drove in from Wimberley and Kyle was waiting for us at the door. Dr Medina came right in and gave Jasper and exam. We were under the impression we were going to have to put Jasper down yesterday afternoon. Instead, Dr Medina explained a few other options. Jasper received meds and fluids, and we took him home with us last night. Dr Medina and Kyle with both wonderful to us, compassionate and understanding to our situation. They both went above and beyond for our kitty Jasper, and we truly appreciate what they did for him. Made reservations on Wednesday to have my dogs boarded over the weekend. I was sent a confirmation stating that their shot records would be due before or AT ARRIVAL of their stay. Today, I check my emails to see a cancellation email sent from Buddy's. I will be leaving for my trip in a few hours and now am left with no sitter for my pets. The cancellation email also stated that these vaccination records would be due before or AT APPOINTMENT arrival. Spoke to receptionist who seemed like she could care less, then was handed over to the "manager" who was very argumentative & stated that they have 40+ reservations today & that the shot records needed to be turned in 24 hrs in advance. Where was this on the email?? Sounds more like the so called "manager" over booked the place and is now just cancelling reservations? I read off both of my emails to her that clearly stated I could bring them for proof upon arrival and she still argued saying that another one was sent yesterday but i have absolutely no record of that. I also requested to speak to the owner or a number that I could call and she declined giving me any further help even though this was THEIR mistake. Horrible horrible horrible.
