He was careful and professional, and he handled each creature with care. He ensured the safety of the children, but also the safety of the reptiles. Joe made sure that even the youngest kiddos felt comfortable and engaged (we had children ranging from 3 years old to 11 years old at the party). They showed up on time and were well organized. She responded promptly, informed me of her available pom pups, sent pics and little character descriptions all doing so in a friendly and open manner. She also inquired as to the kind of home setting her babies might be going into, which lets me know she truly cares for her puppies. Throughout the purchasing process she was professional and friendly, open to any questions, and educated me on the care of my new pom baby. I was also able to meet each puppy I was interested in in person so I could get a feel for them. When I finally picked my puppy up she gave me a goody bag with some of Miyu's, my pom, food, a supplement to prevent/treat hypoglycemia, 2 free ribbons, her shot papers, parents AKC/CKC papers, blanket, a toy, and told me when to expect the my registration papers.
