Boston Terrier. A little background, we (my wife Marie and I) are senior citizens with health issues and Meah also has numerous health issues. on several occasions the owner Lawrence came by and picked up Meah in his own vehicle for her bi-monthly bath treatments when I was hospitalized. Lawrence definitely goes above and beyond in providing respectful, supportive service to his customers. Amanda is our girls groomer and has a very special relationship with both our girls, especially Meah. She is able to get Meah in and out of our car when no one else can get her to move. You can see that Amanda is truly a dog person. If you need grooming services or anything for your pet, including but not limited to; high quality dog food, various all- natural chews, amazing toy selection, bowls, collars, leashes, literally anything you could need for your dog is here. I dropped my babies off with Gigi this morning, and she listened to all of my "instructions", and asked me several questions. My labradoodle loves everyone, but my Bichon doesn't, so I am always more concerned about her. When I picked them up this afternoon they looked GREAT. Gigi had followed my instructions to a T! She even spent extra time to help my labradoodle to get used to the hair dryer (he had a bad experience at a groomer before and tends to go crazy when being blow dried). Well the extra time paid off and he wasn't afraid. Gigi also had my Bichon cuddling up on her and giving her kisses! This dog does NOT do this with people she hasn't known a long time! In addition, you know you are getting good customer service when you're asked to make sure if there is anything you are 100% satisfied with, to let her know, and come back and she will fix it! Overall, a great experience... and we have found a new "stylist" for the pups!!!
