As a result, we overpaid for items we didn't need. Several items arrived damaged or unusable, including cracked glassware, stained/shrunken napkins, and worn easels. We also had to rewash more than half the glassware due to dirt. Communication was difficult due to a point-of-contact change, and overall customer service lacked the flexibility expected in the event industry. Unfortunately, we won't be returning for future events.

The company acted like they were doing me favor when they arrived outside of the requested timeframe. This meant less staff/volunteers to setup for our event.
