Beware of this company, they will scam you out of your deposit. The owner or whoever Victor is does not care about providing great customer service. They were suppose to have our bouncy house set up at noon, 12:15pm comes around with no word so I call and they stated there is a delay but should be there no later then 12:30. I was surprise they didn't offer a discount or call anyone to notify them of the delay but I accepted that. I mentioned that it would be nice if they would notify us so we didn't have to worry about whats going on and all he could say was "you expect me to call all 44 customer", yes I do! It's your company and you should not leave people guessing when you'll show. Fast forward they show up at 1:45 with a 20-30 min set up time. The party was only from 12-3pm so we said please cancel it since you were a no show and refund us. They said they would refund us everything but then the bank statement comes and everything but the deposit was refunded, they said the deposit is nonrefundable. The company didn't show up per the contracted time so how in the world do you think it's ok to keep our deposit and not show up. I mentioned we will be contacting our bank, BBB and making reviews and his response was to "go ahead and do that since I won't be refunding you". If he would have apologized, refunded the deposit or even offered a discount for being super late then maybe he would have a future customer but I will never do business again with them! Oh and FYI they make it impossible to get a hold of, phone turn off and goes right to voicemail, voicemail box is full. Makes you wonder and sadly I had to call everyday for multiple days to get someone to pick up. They need a lesson in running a proper business. read more

We have used this company before with no problems but it just took this one incident to never use them again. Had an incident regarding Tyron and being upset about how our backyard was set up so began to cuss to my sister about how stupid her backyard is and harassed her to the point of her crying. She told him to leave and he drove off very angry. Called Jonathan the owner who disregarded the whole incident, defended Tyron, did not apologize for the behavior and blamed her and said she cussed at Tyron which her neighbors were there the whole time and saw everything happen and confirmed what happened. Jonathan and Juan have stuck by Tyron's story saying my sister cussed at him which she NEVER did but hey if you want to blame the customer and not take accountability let those who read these reviews make their own judgement on who you guys are as a company. I told Johnathan it's not about money or the bounce house not being there now it's about how your actions hurt someone and they could care less. If people want to support a business that is okay with causing harm to others and not owning up for it go ahead but I hope you think twice before you do.
