I have been to this location before and a different woman that helped me my first time at this location was no where near as kind, helpful, or friendly. if anything she was the opposite, felt as if we were an inconvenience to her, and spoke in a tone that felt very diminishing. this woman was also at the location this time, I think she may be a manager or something...? FedEx made it impossible to stop the package once it was fraud. I spent over three hours trying to get through to a person and when I finally did, it was a call center in India me they could not stop or hold the package and then only this location could there no local number and the one 800 number would not allow me any recourse other than to open a case that would not be even looked into for the next 48 hours FedEx made this impossible to rectify their method and system archaic. They told me that only the location itself could issue behold or the stop on the package at which case I am inpatient in a hospital and was having employees of on my I was not able to go there physically therefore the thief was able to collect their boo, which was a laptop sold through eBay under the false pretenses of PayPal and eBay with some emails that were very expertly designed. They had to use some high dollar shipping to expedite so not only did I get burned for the item itself, but I got burned for the cost of shipping as well. FedEx could've been the savior here but due to their archaic and automated system, which is a joke, the bad guys won.

The plaza does not provide a parking area for quick drop offs and the parking lot is usually packed. Again, I was in the area and decided to give it one more try. Parked mid way in the parking lot, entered and only one customer in line with a clerk and another employee quickly took my package and provided a receipt. Excellent service today and they redeemed themselves.

They came through with flying colors to meet my deadline and 1/3 of what some others wanted to charge! Yesterday I needed to ship awkward carbon fiber parts across the country and a fedex location in Boca tried to charge an ASTRONOMICAL amount for a "custom" cardboard box and didn't want to honor the shipping label eBay provided saying we would be back charged for hundreds of shipping fees. We opted out and I waited the day to make it to Pak Mail and they were able to EASILY devise how to combine 2 boxes with packing material for $60! They really have been wonderful and I will happily use this location again not only for their expertise in packing but for their customer service!

They're helpful and work quickly to make the line go down fast. The place is a little run down, but I feel like all UPS stores all. I like this store a lot specifically because they have a self service station where if you're dropping a package with a label already on it you just scan it and drop it in the bin and it can print, text, or email you a receipt. I will say parking sucks, but that's for the whole plaza as a whole. If you can't find parking I advise parking behind ups, there's a big lot back there.

They have some attractive sizes of FedEx free boxes that aren't always easy to find. They have a self-serve area, and it was not busy, so I did not have to wait. Since it's close to places I frequent, it's been convenient. Parking is sometimes tight with all the new businesses here.

However, this is by far the smallest FedEx Office I have ever seen. I showed up a few minutes after it opened, but only 1 employee was available behind the counter, and he was so busy that the next person in line stood waiting the whole time I was there. ly 2 self-service copiers? Ouch. And one was out of service! Luckily, the working one was available and easy to use and operate, just like Boynton. I used the communal stapler on some of my papers. I guess I would stop by here again if necessary.
