I've tried this Fedex location a few times in the past couple of weeks after using the Clint Moore location mostly, and find it to be great. They have some attractive sizes of FedEx free boxes that aren't always easy to find. They have a self-serve area, and it was not busy, so I did not have to wait. This FedEx Office is mercifully located between Delray and Boca, and fairly easy to find on the east side of town. Plenty of plaza parking available right in front of the store. However, this is by far the smallest FedEx Office I have ever seen. I showed up a few minutes after it opened, but only 1 employee was available behind the counter, and he was so busy that the next person in line stood waiting the whole time I was there. ly 2 self-service copiers? Ouch. And one was out of service! Luckily, the working one was available and easy to use and operate, just like Boynton. I used the communal stapler on some of my papers. I used to visit this FedEx location regularly, but ever since management changed i think or sometime after COVID the experience has gone downhill. The staff now act like they're doing customers a favor just by being there. It's a regular job, not some elite service, and the attitude is off-putting. I've felt judged or looked down on more than once, which is disappointing for a business that should value people and community. I now avoid this location at all costs. I truly hope leadership reevaluates the customer service culture here. You're not better than the people you serve. read more

Treating it's own employees horribly. Making a tiny petite woman scan extra large heavy boxes at the self-scan kiosk and lying that it's corporate directions. FEDEX corporate is NOT stupid and would not require to use the self-scan kiosk for extra large boxes that nowhere near fitting in provided hutch. This store shipped a.glass figurine that was from Elite Auction to California. It was insured and was damaged. I called and reported the claim information to Rose who it appears is the owner/manager. Sent several picture as she requested and said she would report the claim. This was back in June 2023. October 22 the check : Check # 2000271819, in the amount of $ 1,059.28, was mailed on 10/13/2023 to your store. Rose after being contacted by me several times claimed she mailed the check to me. After a week not having received it she said she would stop payment and issue a cashiers check to me. Today November 16 she told me she would email the tracking and a copy of the "supposedly"cashiers check. Have not received any email or notification. I'm still waiting for my money. read more

My whole experience visiting the store was great, from my initial visit and describing what I needed to have done, to placing my order, and then proofing my resume, to printing and saving the finished product. I used this fedex location twice about 2 weeks ago. I had dishes, a mirror and a small framed artwork to ship to Pa (from Fl). I had thought I could put some of it in my luggage but couldn't fit it all so I came back a second time. Staff was knowledgeable friendly and efficient. The same guy waited on me twice, very nice, I forget his name, he's bald. I got all my packages in Pa on the date they said it would come. Some hot shot at the counter that it would be cool to embarrass my 81 year old father who just asked where the self-printing area was. The guy yelled at my dad to get in line while some dumb lady on the line said they were all waiting for the same thing. They weren't. They were waiting to send packages. My dad just needed to use the self-serve printers which no one was using and were located a finger point away. My dad waited on line, and the hot shot behind the counter told him they don't have self-printing there and that he needed to go to UPS. He went there. They told him to go back to FedEx. Finally, someone else at FedEx actually listened to my father, and he was able to use the self printers immediately. This is how you treat seniors? This place should be disgusted with itself. If the guy at the counter is reading this, sorry that you didn't go to college or rise up to become anything else than a cashier at FedEx, but that doesn't give you the right to treat seniors like this. Did it make you feel powerful to talk to an 81 year old man that way? How many one star reviews can a place get before FedEx corporate takes a look into it? I'll be filing an official complaint. We just want to give a very big shout out to 2 guys named Hunter and Adam! We were in a bind, we needed to have a PosterBoard transfer to a Foam board and we weren't sure if it was going to be done in time and these guys came through in flying colors and we were so happy with the work they did, and we were so impressed with their professionalism and how much they wanted to help us! The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Waited in line while an available employee was taking a personal call right in front of me and didn't even acknowledge I was there, then finally walked outside. Then the girl who tried to help me my shipment was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Spelled the recipient name wrong multiple times and didn't even capitalize the first letters of the salutation, or first and last name. I left without sending the package and will not be going back there for any reason. read more

Wednesday, March 17th at 8:10 pm there were two customers in the store with an agent.After a disabled person gets past your construction with a prepaid Fedex envelope to drop off, your worker locks the door in front of me. I showed her the label through the glass and asked over and over again just let me drop this in the box. She said no, shrugged her shoulders. I pointed out there are two people in there just let me in to drop off the envelope. She refused over and over again. read more

I chose FedEx to send legal documents overnight. I was told there might be a day delay due to weather. It has been (9) days now and my package is stuck in Memphis with no updates from FedEx in spite of my (3) calls to customer service - asking for a trace. Flights have left Memphis several times to Boston and no one can tell me why my packet isn't on those planes. The weather isn't an acceptable excuse nor Covid - just a curtain that they are hiding behind. One thing for certain, after this experience I'll never use FedEx again. UPS and the US Postal service would have been a better choice. read more

Have been there 2 times and what a waste of time. There were patrons who were very dissatisfied with the service as well. Apperently employees are not able to do anything there, they send you to a self service kiosk. Apperently, they are not even able to print a lable if you dont have an account with them. I love using FedEx for all my printing needs for work. The website is super easy to use. I upload files, select paper quality for my job and # of copies and add it to the cart for checkout. Select your store to pickup from and that's it. This location was convenient right off of US1/Federal Hwy, just south of Linton. Located in a small strip plaza, there's easy parking right outside the door. There's also a coffee shop across the parking lot to grab something after you leave because you won't be here long waiting. Oh, and if that's not convenient enough, show up at the store like I did the other day and ask for a business card to email your file over. In minutes my file was received, printed and I was out the door. Need paper, print cartridges, report covers, folders and anything related they have it. Oh, and its FedEx so if you need to ship something they do that to. Fast, friendly and convenient, they'll help you out. read more

The people here are friendly and helpful. The stores stocks more supplies than most other outlets. It's clean and always busy! And, therein lies the problem. As other reviews mention, this place is under staffed. A simple print job could take an hour, just because the one person staff is dealing with a more complicated person is in front of you. Add on top of it their faulty printer issues, and this turns into a massive morning headache. I tried to drop off a return package in a fedex envelope with a prepaid label from the sender (same envelope my package was shipped to me in) and was told I couldn't send back the package with ground shipping in an express envelope, or would need to pay $4 for a new envelope. This was for the "safety" of my package. Such a rip-off and the employee knew this was a BS policy. Just cross out "express" with a sharpie! FedEx has nerve charging $4 to use one of their own envelopes while also charging for the shipment. I walked out and would rather pay USPS. read more

I arrived on a Saturday at 3:30 to send a letter 2 day air. The pick up driver next to the counter had begun to scan in his outgoing items. Adam (team member since 2021) said "This won't go out until Monday." I asked if we could process the letter to go out with the driver scanning now. Adam said not possible. Too late. So I gave him my information and payment. As I left the office, the driver was still loading the outgoing items into the van. But they would not take my letter. Unbelievable! Terrible customer service. I have used FedEx for years through my business account. We have used the same boxes on hundreds of occasions. Today - Kimberly told me they would not accept the box, and that the policy was in place for 3 months to not accept this type of box. I shipped from this very location using this same box last month. I've never had good customer service at this location, but I've never put out a review until now. I took the same job to Printers Choice down the road and they did it on higher quality paper for a quarter of the price. This is not a friendly customer service oriented business. While waiting in line for my turn one rainy afternoon, I had a good opportunity to witness the attitude of employees with customers and it was far from helpful or friendly. There was one female employee who was particularly rude and bossy, barking out what "she" would accept or not.....had I not had an urgent need to ship my parcel I would have walked out. The look and a few eye rolls from other customers standing in line was confirmation that we were all thinking the same . I don't subscribe to the lame excuse that rudeness and unfriendliness is due to staff being overworked or business is understaffed. Respect and courtesy don't necessarily require extra time and it's about how something is conveyed; tone and non verbal manners are essential. read more
