I always come to this store and always have a pleasant experience. The workers are always calm and helpful, despite being in a rush/angry. They're helpful and work quickly to make the line go down fast. The place is a little run down, but I feel like all UPS stores all. I like this store a lot specifically because they have a self service station where if you're dropping a package with a label already on it you just scan it and drop it in the bin and it can print, text, or email you a receipt. I will say parking sucks, but that's for the whole plaza as a whole. If you can't find parking I advise parking behind ups, there's a big lot back there. read more

The gentleman who helped me was great, so great I tipped him $30. I let him know to keep my card on file if they needed to charge me more for materials but I wanted it well packed, not like an Amazon box. I left and all they did was wrap some 1/2" bubble around the item and not the whole thing. I had done all the rest. They seriously placed no ther packing material in the box for $50??? Wtf. The box was received in the condition as seen. Judge for yourself if this looks like a professional job from a business that specializes in packaging and shipping? I got the shipping part $100 was fine. What was the other $50 for? A box?? Beware. SMH read more

The post office never received the item, so not sure how THEY lost it. After I purchased the postage and left the mail in your hands, it's the store's responsibility to make sure it gets to the post office. Tracking says "waiting to receive item at post office." Ryan didn't "explain" anything, only said it wasn't in the store (without even taking time to look). He was also supposed to call the next day after talking to the carrier, but never did. Yes, I'm frustrated, but mostly due to the horrible service - not helpful or concerned at all. It's not the first time I've encountered this at the store (as noted in other reviews). I wrote this review to warn others of the poor service and risk of lost mail. I won't risk it again at this location! read more

Terrible customer service. I rather drive an additional mile to another UPS location than come here. I needed a little bit of tape to close a box but the owner said I would have to buy tape. The scotch tape (small one) was $5.95. I barely used any and she still asked me to pay for it. The employees look like they hate their job. While I was waiting for service, the employee was texting on her phone for two minutes until she called me up. She seems miserable. I'm always the first one saying hello, how are you? Standing here for almost 30 minutes. I have a pre printed label. I should be able to just drop off the documents off and leave. They're charging me for the envelope to ship them in. FedEx never has these problems. Also line out the door. Man carrying packages shooed me out of the way. This store, and probably just UPS in general, is such a rip off. Always and consistently the most expensive and amateur service. Go to FedEx. Any of them really. I consistently get around 30% cheaper rates, cheaper service, and cheaper materials. And they always 100% know what they're doing. I just wish FedEx was as close as this store is to me. For context: I visited this store needing something to be packed up and shipped out. They quoted me around $200 for everything. Oh, and this was after about 20 minutes of standing there while the person was helping me. Don't have any idea why they were taking so long to measure and figure out how to ship this simple item. I walked right out and drove to FedEx. FedEx quickly took care of me in about 4 minutes and they packed and shipped the item for about $115. The older lady with an accent is very abrupt when speaking to me today. Speaking to me across the store instead of letting me walk back to her. I asked her to print the label for me since the scanner wasn't picking up on the bar code. She prints the label and it comes out on 2 pages. So I explained to her that before you print, you can do not preview and just adjust the size. I was packing up an entire house and it was very difficult for me to get all of the boxes to the store to be shipped. They came to the house, helped me pack everything, and even packed up an entire set of china. I have never had worse service! Shipped three packages back to Boston. Glassware. Two of them showed up and looked like they had been kicked. Holes in the sides, crushed boxes. Broken glass everywhere! I called the store and whoever I spoke to was rude. Got a call from corporate (they were nice) and they filed a damage report. An hour later some snotty woman from the store called me to rudely tell me my report was cancelled because I gave her the wrong tracking number. I tried to explain that I gave the correct numbers to corporate and my report had been filed. The woman talked loudly over every word I said and kept repeating "you report was cancelled you gave me the wrong number". Then she hung up on me. When I tried to call back, they had the voice mail on...real professional!! To make matters worse, when I followed up on my report, they said it had been denied due to "insufficient packaging". Firstly, they didn't see the damaged boxes (which I still have) and secondly, wouldn't you think the clerk at the store would have informed us the package was "insufficient" when we went to ship it? We've shipped many many times and have never had this happen!! I am disgusted by these people and urge you to go elsewhere to ship!! read more
