Very clean UPS Store in Yamato Crossing plaza with two emoloyees on this early morning. Brought in a big bag of packages for shipping which the employee clocked in quickly and provided a tracking receipt. They offered use of Xerox machines, computers and several shipping packaging items like tape, boxes, labels and pouches. read more

I cannot thank Dave and his staff at this UPS Store enough! My daughter's phone was stolen while on spring break, and I needed a secure location to ship the replacement. Dave was so kind and told me exactly how to address the shipment to his attention, and he would personally make sure to communicate with me when the package arrived so it could be picked up. Easy to take returns to the store and get a receipt. Nice 15 minute parking spaces in front, and nicely tucked behind a convenient CVS. Easy location on the east side of Yamoto. read more

I came in today to mail something (an item I'm returning... I was given a slip that I needed to print out)... while I understand there being a fee for using their service of printing, (not at all complaining about that... the sticker cost and ink etc) I do not and cannot understand why they charge to check their e mail. This is a gross desperate abuse; taking way advantage of this situation. They literally charge you an expense for them to open a god damn e mail! Insanity. Rip off asshole company. Awful experience. Rude and unhelpful service. I had two Amazon returns today, the first was to be dropped at a ups store. I asked to borrow tape and was told there was a $2 charge or I could buy my own, which they price gouge- $5.00 for the smallest roll of tape. I taped my own box- but I have to say that was the rudest employee ever. Will not be back. Oh yeah, and my second drop off at usps was friendlier (by far) AND gave me FREE tape!! read more

Im giving this place three stars because I felt taken advantage of. I came in with Christmas gifts and asked if they had a box, "yea we do" two packages later they ring me up and charged me $11.50 for each box (probably an 11" x11" medium sized box) so I ended up paying more in boxes than in actually shipping. Had I been told using their boxes was going to cost me almost $25 extra dollars I would've gone home and grabbed my own. And maybe I would've said okay to the prices but I think that's a poor way to deal with customers, letting someone know that the boxes you have are extremely marked up is just common courtesy. I was planning on giving this business some printing jobs I have but after this experience I won't be back or giving them my extra business. read more

I don't even want to give this store one star. What terrible customer service! I use a store at my home town in Texas all the time and have never been told "no" to returning something. She said, "You opened the wrapping." Well, guess what? It can be rewrapped. The roll had not been opened. Not even an "I'm so sorry." Geez, what an attitude. read more

David was here working alone. Accepted open return box. After scanning-in, he just dropped the box in the bin. I pointed that it's open, not tapped ( it needed 2 inches of tape on two sides). He looked and said it's ok. When I asked if he has some tape, he in uncarring way said, he will charge a fee and that we're in America and there's a charge for him to do anything. I took the package back, he said you can't do that, because he already scanned it. When I told him to void he refused to do that. So... zero stars:((( read more

I think the lady was wonderful. She helped me pack fragile items at Christmas and they all got there perfectly for the holidays. I've seen her lend scissors and other items to customers when they need! She was patient with me when my printer was not printing well. She Even let me use her printer when I asked her what I should do because she couldn't scan my label. It was my problem not hers! ( had same problem with other items I tried printing) She is always polite, cheerful and helpful. I will only go to her store. Thanks you read more
