When I arrived to my appointment, I was warmly greeted and since I've been there before, they had my previous color selection. My experience was relaxing and my color came out amazing. I ended up signing up for a membership because it just makes sense! I also downloaded the app because it has the ability to pay your bill from it. So cool! And, I remember them taking before and after pictures but I didn't know those are stored in your profile in the app!!! Amazing! Overall, my entire experience was a 10!

His haircuts are $28 for a wash and a haircut. Mine are $33 for a wash and a haircut, with no blow dry afterward, which is very reasonable. I've never gotten a blow dry or style afterward, but it's $20 more dollars. You have to call to make an appointment. Cathy is usually at the front desk and is very friendly. Haircuts, which include a wash/massage (using great-smelling Redken shampoo and conditioner) in addition to the haircut, are 30 minutes and they stick to a tight schedule. If you're running a couple minutes late, they appreciate a call to let them know. If it's more than a couple minutes, you might be pushed back or rescheduled altogether, which is understandable. I highly recommend Libby! She gives the most amazing massages. I trust Libby to just do her thing. She always knows how much hair to cut off to make it healthy again and she always makes it look good. Be sure to give them your address and your birthday because they send coupons for $2 off around your birthday and the new year! I recommend this salon to everyone!
