Lilly and Mesfin at the Branding Iron apparently treat all customers to the ABSOLUTE BEST service regardless of the size of the order. The total job I went in for was to print two color photos in 11x17" glossy pictures. Total cost was under $2.00. You read that right. You can't even buy a cookie for that price anymore!. This is the service I got for my 2 bucks. I brought in a frame I got at Goodwill, but did not think to disassemble it and clean the glass. Mesfin graciously took the stubborn brackets off the back, exposed the glass, took off the sticky price tag that was stuck on the glass, and Windexed both sides of the glass. He then unscrewed the thingy that you hang the picture to the wall which was attached to the back if the picture was to hang vertically. My picture needed to hang horizontally so he reattached the thingy so I could hang it properly. They printed both pictures in color which I sent to them via email. Then put the one in the frame and the other in a bag for me to take home and put on my refrigerator. Yes, I'm obviously a VIP. Haha. They are still in business after many years so my little job is not paying the rent. Wouldn't it be a wonderful world if all businesses had such customer service? I emailed him the PDF so that he could print out one as an example to see how we wanted to cut/trim it. Awesome service! We walked in with our print job (several pieces of different sizes for our wedding invitations) and Mesfin quoted us right away and then printed and cut the pieces right in front of us! We were expecting to come back later in the week but he had it all done very fast. He was wonderful to work with, fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. I wish we had more stuff to print! This is my first ever yelp review but it is so warranted because of the excellent customer service my fiancé and I received. I unknowingly purchased unprintable card stock for my wedding invitations and tried everywhere: kinkos, fed-ex, etc and was finally referred to the Branding Iron. Picture this; it's the afternoon before Thanksgiving & it's our last ditch effort at finding a solution short of starting over & buying new paper/redesigning invites for our wedding before this long weekend. My fiancé takes in our invites (I'm working) and long story long between calls to me, relaying what was said to the owner who was helping us, & her suggestions at how to make our unprintable card stock work with our design we've got our invitations! This process was nothing short of her graciously taking over an hour to help us just on design which was by no means her job but just amazing customer service.
