It's refreshing to walk into a business and feel like the employees actually enjoy their jobs; their attitudes are upbeat, friendly and personable. They've helped me with everything from shipping packages to printing stickers in a pinch, and even worked with me to tweak note cards until they were absolutely perfect then printed and cut them for me. What was their email Address again? I have it in my phone but never can remember the beginning. She gave me a card on how to do it myself. I said I always have you guys do it for me. First she explained that it would take several Minutes to have it pop Up, yes I knew that. Then she'd have to have time to go get it, ok. Then she'd have to print it off. Ok, I know all this. But she'd walk me through it so I could do it myself. I said, I'd prefer for you to do it. She says well then I'll have to charge you $18? I said I've never been charged that before, only about $2 or $3. She says ya but we're busy. I'm 75 yo, I'd just bern to the doctor and was in a great deal Of pain. I just wanted the papers printed, I would have waited but the woman made it clear she didn't want to help Me. I left, no papers, which I need. Tomorrow, I will try again in the Southcenter Fed Ex. have two different residences one in Lynnwood one in Kent.
