You can either order products directly with Sam or bring your own. Sam prefers extra time to complete a job to make sure the screen print looks and works well on your products. Unfortunately, I was on a painfully tight timeline and needed this order fulfilled in a matter of days to account for shipping as well. If you need a math problem, here you go: I brought in my own bags (33, Total: $2,437.00). The screen printing job cost $333.00. After completion, Sam notified me he butchered the first bag since that was the test product, that leaves 32 viable bags. When I came home, I noticed there were 3 bags off-centered; his error, not the bag's. Each bag cost around $74. Therefore, I needed to purchase 4 more bags for him to redo (Total: $296.00). So, in addition to the $333 job order + the repurchase of additional bags due to damage ($296.00), my total order was $629.00... Though I am grateful for Sam being able to complete a rush job, I wish he would have compensated for the damage and misalignments, but it is what it is.

It was the week before Christmas and some of their employees had the flu, yet they rebuilt the ad, made it into a 48"x30" metal sign and had it ready for pick up the Friday before Christmas. Being that it is so large (and my car is small), I asked my husband if we could stop by Bastrop Signs on our way to lunch. As promised, it was waiting in front of their shop as they had closed early for Christmas. The surprised look on his face told me everything. He even said it may be the most thoughtful Christmas gift he has ever received. So how can I thank Bastrop Signs -- in particular my representative Matt? Long story short I asked him to print shirts for me using a process that prints into the fabric. He said he could do it if I gave him the design by a certain date. I did as he asked. I didn't hear back for a few days, but when I finally did he said he was switching over to a process using vinyl. Although it's not what I wanted he convinced me I'd like his way of doing it and it looks great. They didn't. The shirts look like cheap iron ons you can hear crinkle like plastic when you pick them up. Basically Bharat ran out of time and used a cheaper process hoping to get my money. I lost money on the shirt sales because they look so cheap. I had an email exchange with him which I've posted below where he said he'd take care of me but he never got back, even after an email and a couple of calls. I don't think this is his normal way of doing business, so that's why it's so surprising to have had it happen to me. Sadly, I can't trust to use them again.
