Three young men showed up and hauled everything out with no problems, smiles on their faces, polite, and professional. That was a week ago. I never heard back. I called the person who is supposed to organize this, but he didn't answer his phone, and we still don't have an estimate. The funny thing is that we hired another two guys (Alec and Trevor) to move furniture for us, and they did a great job. It seems like there's a serious disconnect somewhere.

They said I qualified for a free in person estimate and could have them come out the following Friday. The estimate went smoothly and the gentleman left and said he would email the estimate to us and we could secure it with a deposit through their portal and the info would be in the email. The email I did receive had the estimate for 5 movers for 6 hours but no portal access or way to secure it so I immediately called that same day and waited on hold for an hour before they told me they would have someone from the local office call me. No one called and because of the holiday weekend no one was in the office until the following Tuesday. I called first thing Tuesday morning and they again said someone from the local office would call me. No one did. I waited on hold for another hour and explained everything again and they put me on hold while they contacted the owner Matt directly. When they came back they said they were sorry and something had fallen through and they wouldn't be able to help me with the move anymore. This leaves me with an immediate upcoming move and scrambling to find help. This whole process could have been handled way better and this company was a referral from someone else. I was scheduled to move on October 29 and the movers texted me and told me that they could not move…read moreme until October 30. This was not good news, but I tried to deal with it. At 4:00 PM, I realized I was dealing with scammers. I called Quick Move at around 4:30 PM and explained my situation. Eli asked me when I would like to move. I told him as soon as possible and he said do you want us to come over tonight? I told him tomorrow morning would be fine. Quick move showed up at my house at 9 AM with three trucks and four guys to load my stuff up. They had everything out of my house and back in my new house within six hours. I would highly recommend these guys. They were very neat, polite, and did an excellent job. They got me out of a bad situation.
