When I spoke with Ashley, I felt that she was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. I explained that my move was relatively small and, based on my experience, could have been completed by two movers in approximately three hours. Instead, I was repeatedly pressured to hire additional movers for an estimated 11 hours, which seemed completely unreasonable for the scope of the job. The most frustrating part was when I requested to cancel. Ashley talked over me, ignored my request, and became increasingly aggressive during the conversation. I was told that because they had my request form, they would determine how the move would proceed, which made me very uncomfortable as a potential customer. Thankfully, I had not provided any credit card information directly to this company. I contacted HireAHelper.com, and they ultimately helped me avoid doing business with Friends Moving and Delivery. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with caution. The level of customer service, communication, and pressure tactics I encountered were enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

I am not complaining that we paid for 5 hours total even though the job was done in 3 hours. They showed up at 9:45am and finished around noon. We paid the bill at 12:15pm (email confirmation of invoice paid); so, you can't be saying that I attempted not to pay when I have email confirmation of payment made. Now, at 4pm, you guys called my husband twice, left voicemails and sent him two text messages saying that I did not pay! This is beyond ridiculous!

As they do in a move that size, a couple of items were bumped despite using care with them. The team immediately called it to our attention, took responsibility, and offered options for repair. Brian, Austin and crew showed up 30 minutes early, did a quick walk through the house and got to work. The morning of my move I never heard from the company, called 7-10 times left 4 voicemails between 9-11am. My move was scheduled for 9-9:30. I finally got a call from a crew member at 11:50 saying he was 30 mins to an hour out - no clear reason as to why my scheduled move had been ignored. At 12:30pm I got an email (pictured below) saying that they could no longer complete my move and that they are "shutting down"? Waited 4 hours just to get cancelled on. No phone conversation, poor communication and it was the last day of my lease, they left me with a 0 possible chance to find a new company and move within the same day. I've been a customer at Lets Get Moving for almost 7 years they have moved me multiple times - good to know that customer loyalty doesn't mean a single thing to this company. Chris was very personable to me and he told me he has been in the moving business for 15 years now. Chris Brown said to me that he is booked up and he will be moving another customer's things during the time period that I have chosen on May 5, 2023 to have my things moved to another place. But Chris Brown was nice enough to give me another moving company's telephone number and Chris said they are a very reputable moving company and Chris is good friends with the owner of this other company. Also Chris is a very honest business owner and I felt very comfortable speaking to him today. Chris gave me excellent customer service during our phone conversation in telling me about Regional Movers his moving company. I also want to give credit to Chris Brown the owner and his team of movers they are hard working people in doing all this physical labor in moving their customer's heavy furniture, large appliances, cars, and other general items that needs to be moved in a specific schedule and time period. I would definitely want to do business with Chris Brown the owner of Regional Movers again sometime in the future because of his honesty in speaking to me today and also because Chris is a very caring person in helping out another moving company's business.
