They were late due to GPS? 2 guys arrived, I provided the moving straps they had a dolly. Everything was going pretty good until they got to the frig (brand new by the way). The one guy did not know how to use the straps no matter how many times he was shown (4 times to be exact). They dropped my frig on the wooden stairs, had it not been for a friend of mine to take over the stairs could have been horribly damaged or frig destroyed. My NEW frig was tweaked it now has a dent in the side of the lower freezer door, Thankfully it still closes and works, I however did not notice the dent until UNFORTUNATELY after I had paid them. I have moved multiple times in my life but this was the most stressful. The 2nd mover of the 2 did do a good job, he was professional and did his best to compensate for the other.

We were moving from a 4 bedroom house to another 4 bedroom house 20 min away so we booked a 2 man crew for six hours with a 26ft truck. On the day of the move, they actually showed up with 3 helpers so we were thinking "great! it will go even faster!" Not the case--it took over 4 hrs just to load the first truck so by the time we got to the new house, we were already at hour 5 of the 6hrs allotted. I was fine paying for a couple hours extra if needed, but by the time the second was unloaded, we were at 12 hours and the job wasn't even complete, my husband and I still had to go back and move more stuff on our own. We were charged an extra $660 on top of the roughly $700 we had already spent. Definitely would not recommend.

I sent over a list of items that I needed moved, & Simlog was able to provide me with an estimated flat rate. The estimated flat rate was my biggest deciding factor because I've felt that previous moving companies tend to draw out the time since they charge on an hourly basis. In addition, Simlog also gave me a 20% discount as a first time customer. The movers were great about taking care of my furniture & being respectful of the walls & flooring in both my new house & my old house. I had most of my boxes packed, but the movers did a great job with packing the "odds & ends" items that were not packed. The movers also did a great job with cleaning up after themselves & putting the boxes & furniture in the rooms that I requested.

They moved my 1bd apt less than 10 minutes away and it took…read morethe almost 4 hours. when they started both movers were working together and had almost my entire apt in the truck in an hour. Then one of the movers disappeared and it took another hour to finish loading the items. I came to find out from a neighbor he was taking calls instead of moving my items. On my time I was paying for. They then got to my new place and took another 2 hours to unload the truck. I have moved many times and unloading is always faster than loading so I don't understand why this took so long. I again think one of the movers in the building kept taking phone calls instead of moving my items. Once I started to unpack everything I notice many of my items we messed up. My wooden bed frame has cracks in it. I believe it was stepped on or had weight unevenly placed on it. The metal weld on my laundry hamper was ripped out. There were tears in my under the bed storage bags that looks like they hooked on something and were torn away. My lamp shades were crushed. They were throwing my bags around and just overall not being respectful to my items or time. The fact it took them 4 hours and I still ended up with many damaged items is frustrating. This was a huge waste of money because I now have to replace several items. They are the cheapest by the hour and still not worth the price. Do not use these movers. The boxes they packed were not marked. I had no idea where parts to my bed were. My paintings were stuffed into boxes with no protection. I provided wardrobe boxes for my clothes and they decided to just dump my hanging clothes in the box. Overall I was disappointed in the move. The lesson to be learned is to oversee the move in its entirety.

However the unloading was chaos and they just put stuff everywhere. The furniture they room which is the right thing to do but the boxes just went here and there and trying to find what I need is just turning into a big problem. The guys nice and polite and courteous but I think that they could've been a little more organized with the unloading and look at the boxes OK this box goes in this room you know this box goes there because all the boxes were labeled so they would know. Doubtful I will use them again but might consider.

It was very frustrating to see that he won't own up to his error online. I understand social media goes a long way... but to lie and then report as we never did business when I posted my receipts??? Like I said we all have those kind of days; but I would not recommend. Not professional enough for my liking. I also don't appreciate trying to pawn off the bad service to another moving company when I know who I did service with. Erasing one bad review is just like trying to erase history... it still happened.
