She answers the phone immediately and on both occasions i booked last minute appointments and she has been able to accommodate me. I am a black woman and I have had issues in the past with estheticians who complain about my coarser hair and they try to sell u their products. If you are looking for a Brazilian waxing place I want to start by saying that I can't recommend this place enough. Jane has years of experience, she is so welcoming, makes you feel comfortable and such a lovely person to talk to. Because of this it makes the experience much faster and way less painful. I have been waxing with her for 3+ years and I drive 30 min (I live far away) which is totally worth it and after all it's not easy to find someone who makes you comfortable for something so intimate.
