0! I would rate it a zero. Firstly, I went in to order two chia oatmeal pudding bowls. The lady at the front only put in for one order. Secondly, when asked about it, she was rude. I received both orders and left. Once I returned home, my friend and I tasted the bowls and hers was spoiled . We went back to the location to inform the lady and she didn't want to hear it until I told her she could taste it if she didn't believe me. She asked for the receipt , snatched it out my hand , and proceeded to do the refund . The lady at the front is rude and has no understanding of customer service. Okay, this was my first time at this location. I mobile ordered my normal Bahama Mama and when I picked it up it was very watery. I asked for it to be remade and when I got it back after the remake, it tasted like all they did was add ice with of course makes it frozen, but now it taste watery and flavorless. I decide to purchase a completely new Bahama Mama thinking we should just start from scratch at this point. That wasn't a good decision. This one tasted worse than the previous. I am not sure if Bahama Mamas aren't their specialty or what but I was very disappointed in my drink and wasted $14 on TWO flavorless smoothies. Here's the deal, the staff is nice, the smoothies taste good, and the menu looks decent. However, my distaste lies with the amount of sugar in each smoothie. If you scan the menu, everything sounds healthy (fruits, vegetables, healthy add-ins, etc.) but the nutritional/dietary information board tells a different story. Every smoothie contains up to, and sometimes even more than, 100g of ADDED sugar. That's not counting natural sugar from the fruits. You have to ask to not have the added sugar in your "healthy" smoothie! What kind of ass-backwards, misleading, smoothie nonsense is this? Definitely won't see me back here. read more

I try to come each morning after my workout to grab something before heading home to get the kids off to school. Every morning, I am disappointed because they are not open even though they are supposed to be. It is 7:20am and nobody is here per usual. Last week, the girl came at 7:10 smoking a cigarette, walking slow like she wasn't already late. Very unprofessional. But recently, their service has been absolutely horrific. i have waited 30 minutes now two times for my food after placing a mobile order. Their service has been super slow and very unorganized. If I could give this Tropical smoothie location ZERO stars I would. This evening I went in despite the multiple bad experiences at this location (terrible food & service). The nearest tropical smoothie is Fort Benning, so today I was just simply hopeful. The cashier nor any member of the three female team was friendly or greeted me. My order was taken, once I received it my smoothie was watered down as if it sat or didn't receive any effort at all. My meal was substandard as well. Terrible. They just lost a loyal customer. It was good when the old crew from 2018 was working but when all of these new hires came in the shop began to be sloppy. The shakes were not good, food was always put together with no care and attitudes showed a little too much from the workers. We will not be going back. read more

I have never been here before and I think I now know why. First of all I downloaded the app because there was a free $5 coupon if downloaded. I get to the smoothie place and the girl at the register said they can't take those because their manager hasn't activated the scanner. I asked if she could take the $5 off a other way and she said no. I should of left then... I asked about sugar content. She told me it can be substituted with Splenda. I said no thank you. What she failed to mention was they use something called Turbinado added into their smoothies. I did not find this out until I tasted my smoothie and then checked up on the website what was contained in each smoothie. For a place that advertises healthy smoothies Turbinado is definitely not something they should be adding in. I asked them to remake the smoothies without Turbinado and they did that with no problem and it tasted much better. That's the only reason they get 2 stars. read more
