I used to walk past The Brick Basement frequently growing up. I only entered the shop a few years ago because a friend suggested that we take a look around after we had lunch. The woman at the counter was friendly and welcoming. This shop has a lot of everything. The basement also has a great selection of items. The items I saw seemed to be fairly priced. I enjoy shopping at second hand stores because there's so much history behind each item. The Brick Basement is cute, slightly cluttered, and comforting. It's a nice little shop to get lost in for a while. read more

This is such a great store!! I spent a couple hours going through all the vendors booths! Everything was so cheerfully decorated for Christmas!! the two people working were super helpful and very kind! There is so much to choose from here! I purchased several items including a few Christmas gifts! Good prices too! Parking is kinda odd.. Didn't realize it but I guess we parked in the back lot. It was all "paid" parking for possibly weekends only? We eventually found a spot that didn't have any special requirements. But parking was limited as there wasn't many spaces available on the day we were there! read more

Very tight space which is expected for an antique shop. Be very vigilant with what you buy here, spent $30 on some mushroom salt and pepper shakers being advertised as vintage just to find them at hobby lobby for $5. my bad for not looking them up i guess. Just came in on 2/13/26 and they have a lot of AI art being sold for $30+ in cheap painted frames. Very disappointing when the entire fullerton community is so art and vendor based. Keep an eye out for what you buy. most the animal prints are Generative AI. read more

This place is chock full of awesome collectibles, vintage jewelry, pottery, silver, barware, vinyl, clothing, and more. Its a great way to spend an afternoon- you can lunch at any number of eateries before or after your visit. I found a Fenton glass piece I have been looking for. I'll be back for more! Wasn't expecting the store to be set up so rad. It's more of a Curation location. There's multiple vendors within this store which I think is awesome. They have everything from vinyls to suits to dresses to vintage toys. The prices vary because they're set by the owner of the booth, but the overall ambience of the location was sick. The staff treats you like you're their best friend the minute you walk through the door. I've come by The Brick Basement almost every time i've visited downtown Fullerton. The atmosphere is just perfect as it is always maximalist with the items in store but peaceful in its environment. If you enjoy rustic old signs, vintage jewelry or trading cards, this place is an essential visit. The other day I was on a date with my girlfriend at downtown and she had never been in The Brick Basement before, so I was excited to show her the place. We walked around and she found in the corner of the shop a set of salt and pepper shakers that were porcelain geese. We knew instantly that we had to take these little guys home. As we went to pay for them we were told that smaller purchases (under 10) can only be done in cash and we only had card. The sweet cashier gave the geese to us and told us to take care of them. We love these guys dearly. This shop is so welcoming and I never fail to find something lovely that I must bring home. If you're in the area- I cannot recommend this place enough. You're sure to find something sweet that you never knew you needed. read more
