In NorthWestern Ontario, a drug store is a little shop with a pharmacy, and a small selection of toiletries. My first impression when I first walked into a London Drugs, was that I had just entered a department store. What impresses me about this location is that it has a wide variety of kitchen appliances (which I have a weakness for), and it also has a few key items of affordable housewares. I have bought a few little microsuede ottomans from me, that were relatively inexpensive, and every bit as in style as anywhere else. Why spend $100 at a furniture store, when you can pick up these accent pieces for $29.99 at London Drugs? The cosmetic section is always a weakness for me as well. They have such a wide selection and it is just too easy to browse through and see what's there. I rarely come out empty handed. All in all, this location has certainly served me well over the years. I have never used the pharmacy here, but I tend to shop in there a few times a year, and enjoy the experience.

He then very quickly got back to us with exact quotes for each of the two possible solutions, and advised of a multi-week back order for the main part. His financial arrangements are very straightforward and represent good value. In the end we decided to go with a new washer, but Alan really impressed us and we will have him as first choice for any other appliance issues we may face.

I bought a GE refrigerator from this store 7 months ago. I had all sorts of issues with what I…read morethought was a good refrigerator initially. I also took the full warranty. After GE called Techvill four different times to troubleshoot coolant issues, a manager from GE office named Andrés said to me we will give you a new refrigerator for you to swap with your current one. This was three weeks ago. Andres keeps telling me we have sent a 'Return Authorization Form' to the managers at was now called RONA+. The managers in this store keep telling me, we don't what Andrés is talking about but you need to bring tge 'Return Authorization Form' in person to us. Andres keeps telling me on the other side, they are wrong, we never give the RAF to the customer, we send it internally to RONA+ managers using the built-in mechanisms. Andrés tells me the reason why we don't send RAF to customers is that there is information in there that we do not want you to see. What a nightmare this has been so far in dealing with both parties. I would never buy another item from RONA+. The worst customer experience by far in my life upto to this point.

Capital Appliance was sent out by Electrolux as my fridge was having a lot of condensation issues…read moreand was under warranty. Capital Appliance did not fix my fridge that was under warranty from Frigidaire. My fridge is now out of warranty. The request was put in April. Their tech came out in April, nothing was replaced or fixed. No one came back out until September to replace a back panel. That did not fix the condensation issue. The tech's damaged the fridge, floors, and oven. The tech cracked a hole in my fridge that condensation is not getting into. The owner Robert made it seem he was working with Electrolux to replace the fridge unit. Is not responsive to emails and phone calls. Found out from Electrolux that Capital Appliance closed my file behind by back. They lied to Electrolux about the diagnosis, lied about fixing the fridge, lied about the parts that were fixed, and pushed my fridge outside of warranty. My fridge is still not fixed and the owner/business will not respond to my emails. I would not recommend Capital Appliance and I would not recommend Frigidaire/Electrolux products.
