we ordered a full mattress from the North Brick Regina. The salesperson ordered a queen. We discovered this after driving 40 mi to pick it up. The manager did not seem very interested in compensating for their mistake. We were offered 10% of a more expensive mattress or a discount on a future purchase. They would not give a discount on mattress we ordered. We now have to drive in again to pick up the correct mattress (we ordered the correct one). We declined their "compensation " because it was a joke. The brick has lost our future business over $20 compensation (what we asked for to help pay for gas and our time). They seem disinterested in keeping customers happy. read more

My husband and I needed a new mattress as soon as possible. I called a couple different Bricks and they were not helpful at all...their answers were short and didn't provide any solutions...until I called the one on 7th Ave in Regina. Bobby was an incredible CSR. He helped us find an alternate mattress that would work for us, moved around some pricing to work within our budget, and he ended up securing a sale on the spot. We are so excited to pick up our new mattress this Saturday (after being told we would have to wait 3 weeks by other locations). We are so grateful, Bobby. TERRIBLE customer service. I have been charged over 6000 dollars for a sectional I was told would arrive at the end of November. I called to get an update and they tell me I wont be receiving my order till November 2023. I was given incorrect information. I would have not ordered this if I knew the correct timeline. So I asked if I could get my money back, they said they would call me back. I never got a call, so I called again and still no call back. Three different people including the manager worked on the computer for an hour trying to process my purchase of a shower radio. When I went to the back to pick up the actual product it again took three different people to find it and finally give it to me. Anyways it broke after using it twice. Horrible service by the store manager at the bricks North store. Very arrogant and rude lady. She went ahead and voided my order without my consent. Extremely rude and unprofessional woman! On march 12th i was looking for a washer and Dryer as our washer had died lol. my first pick was the Brick and Brian L was very nice and kind and didn't push to me on looking all over and trying to sell me something i didn't want. He listen to what i was looking for and we even compared the good and bad on the two we found that would be better for my family. So went from front load to top load and look to see when i could get it in asap. Told him i will be in next day march 13 with my husband and he told me he will be going on holidays and gave me Derek M card. So today we both went in to look again and to order it. Derek was just as kind and nice and very funny and helpful and we had allot of laughs. Wondering about the Price match guarantee, I was given a written quote by a furniture store in Regina for a stainless steel Fridge, stove, dishwasher, and a front loading washer/dryer. I took my quote with the product numbers (all are whirlpool) into the recently opened Brick location in the East End of Regina. The salesman looked up the product numbers and we were assured all were available. None of the quotes are for a floor model. However, he stated he would not match or beat the quote. He was rude and walked away (quickly) basically giving us the impression we were not welcome to ask questions, or even to finish shopping. (we still need a formal table and chairs) As a side note, the only 2 other employees we seen were sitting at a table having what I can only imagine must have been an indepth conversation, as they couldn't be bothered to assist customers. I feel as though the appliance salesman, was quite rude. I am also wondering about the "price match" guarantee....or is that just to look good in commercials? read more
