Jenny is the daughter of Gloria and she was running the store with a new born and mom away on vacation. They did not miss a beat. Jenny helped while in store with choosing a dress and asking about style preferences to pull dresses to try on, she made the entire process and my daughter comfortable. The even fitted the dress with alterations, which was a relief not having to take the dress elsewhere. Additional fees do apply. Gloria messaged me the next day about the dress we ordered while still away and made sure all loose ends were tied up. The dress was comparable to all other shops and reasonably priced. We will be heading in for her Senior Ball dress as well. My daughter was so impressed she referred 4 other friends to get their dresses there.

Super quick turnaround compared to the others I reached out to especially since it was a Saturday. After our initial call, we set a date for me to bring my wedding dress in & she is very flexible when it comes to scheduling so that was a plus since I am located in Modesto. When I arrived for my appointment, she was so sweet & took her time to walk me through all her recommendations and just let me know exactly what she was going to do with my dress. She was transparent about extra labor needed due to my dress being beaded so it would have to be done by hand instead of a sewing machine. She was upfront about the cost as well, she wanted to make sure we were aligned before continuing which I appreciated. I am a sweaty-betty so I brought my own mini-fan to use during my fitting but Karalin saved the day with these neck-fans that I was able to use so I didn't have to hold anything in my hand during my appointment. Talk about prepped for anything! She's great! My appointment was August 21 and she gave me an estimate to have my dress ready by October 1 to give me some time to perfect anything before my October 25 wedding date. So it was an awesome surprise when she reached out to me on August 31 stating that my dress was ready for fitting & pick-up. Talk about underpromising and overdelivering! When I went for my fitting and to pick up my dress, I wanted to record how to bustle my dress & Karalin was so sweet, she literally helped with a 15-min recording to provide a walk-through for those who would help me with my bustle on my wedding day. She didn't have to do that but she didn't hesitate when I asked. Overall, Karalin was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone that will listen. I showed her a photo of my outfit and she helped me with some options. We narrowed it down to three and the next day I came in with my outfit and made my decision. They have such a great selection, lots of options, casual, dressy, and everything in between. They also have great prices and very unique items you can't find anywhere else. I also was able to pick up a necklace and some earrings made by a local jewelry artist. My overall experience was fantastic. They are conveniently located near heavenly and all the major hotels.
