If you wait outside its loud as hell as its next to the dryer at the end of the process. There is a semi private drop box for tips outside. There is no guy with his handout, they just waive you over the car. Once again, it was lookin sharp. I think I had written a review back in the day when it was called something else. After driving through the car wash, you would drive up to the employees, whom dries your vehicles. They do not do a complete and thorough drying of your vehicle. I'd usually drive to the side and park, so I can dry my vehicle thoroughly. BTW.. there's no phone numbers to reach anyone in the office.
