There were times where the self cleaning area, where you are able to do your own vacuuming and utilize the high pressure air hose - would NOT work , it would be closed due to some issues and insufficient working vacuum and high-pressure air hose. One time, the car wash was not working at all!! Luckily, I was already in before they actually closed down the whole establishment. The employees had to wash my vehicle by hands, without all the extra amenities that was included with my car wash membership. After driving through the car wash, you would drive up to the employees, whom dries your vehicles. They do not do a complete and thorough drying of your vehicle. I'd usually drive to the side and park, so I can dry my vehicle thoroughly. BTW.. there's no phone numbers to reach anyone in the office. Honestly not too pleased with this place. When I pulled in, the staff didn't seem to know how much anything cost. I was quoted around $60 just to have the interior wiped down, which seemed ridiculous. They were also pretty rude and not helpful at all when I asked questions. They made me wait 10 mins at the full-service line when 10 people were congratulating and chatting amongst themselves. There was only one car in front of me and only 2 people were working on it. Finally, the owner came. I told him I wanted a Full Service plus "silver" (tires). So, paid $30 dollars plus tax. They called me that the car is ready. I looked at the back seat and was not touched. I lifted the rubber mats and the dirt was under. I asked for the manager. Some woman comes it and tells me: "wiping your seats is not part of your Full-Service." I said, what part of fill-service is not supposed to be "full?" She then takes that car to the vacuums. 1 minute later she is back. I get inside the car and while she is standing by my side, she tells me in her condescending, entitled voice: "next time pay more!" I am like: what the F? I think I paid enough for a full-service wash. She said: No, you pay more, you get more!" I literally shut the door while she was still going on her tirade. The most bizarre experience. I remembered I had taken my jacket off and left it on the drivers side after i drove away and wasn't in the car. I returned and was treated very rudely and implied that I was lying. They said they looked at the cameras and it was not in my car. Finally after a long discussion and being told I must have left it somewhere and not nice attitude I had someone catch up to me a mile down the road with my jacket. This has to be the worst car wash in The State. I have been going there and giving this company business for far longer than they deserved, strictly because time constraints and its proximity to my home. My car was previously Wrapped, and i paid for Hand Wash only. When selecting the type of wash they ensured me that the products they used were Vinyl Wrap Friendly.. WRONG. I assumed that my wrap naturally faded due to the sun. When i brought the car in to have the wrap removed they said it was a classic case of using wax's and soaps that are meant for paints and not vinyl wraps. Cost me $1,200 to remove the wrap and get paint corrections. Needless to say, The paint looked flawless! Like a mirror, no swirls, and no scratches.. But like an idiot... I went back to Miracle Car wash with my perfect paint. I went every week for 2 months and paid for hand wash as always.. Now My paint is covered in swirls and scratches as if they just ran it through the machine. When they drive it around the back to "Hand Wash" They just run it through the machine and charge you more than the machine wash. My car is a c8 Corvette with limited visibility out of the rear window. The woman who drove it around the front was so short that she could barely see over the steering wheel with my seats All the way up and raised (no mirror adjusted for her to see either) She Backed my car into something and cracked and scratched my rear diffuser. I noticed the next day as i went to drive my car. And it was backed into my driveway so no one hit it. If you have a nice car and care about it being handled properly avoid this place at all costs. You'd get a better quality wash driving through a big puddle or sprinklers. Its my own fault for going back but id say they have cost me at least $3,000 in damages on top of over charging me. These negative reviews are waaaay off. This place is awesome! I've been here twice and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the work they did both times. The staff really worked hard at every stage, from the intake, to the pre wash and again at the drying station. They literally had 4 people drying and wiping down everything and really doing it thoughtfully and thoroughly. My car looked like a million bucks when I got it back. Five stars for sure. I went there to get a car wash today. The staff was friendly, there was almost no wait time, (mind you I went at 10AM on a weekday) the inside was comfortable, and they did a good job. Not an exceptional job, but a good job. My only real critique was it cost approximately $32 for a Gold Cash Wash, which was essentially a solid standard wash. This felt sort of pricy and I wish they put just a touch more effort into it, but all things considered I would give Miracle Car Wash a recommendation. It is one of the better services I have gotten in the area and I will revisit, but sparingly because I am on a budget. As a sidenote, it is my belief that you can go to a gas station car wash most times, but twice a year a full car wash is really necessary. read more

I have a jeep wrangler that is lifted, and when I went there, they could not accommodate because of the tire size which I completely understand. But the reason why I drove there was for a self-service option. They told me I could not do self service and only they could despite the website saying something completely different. I asked since they can't accommodate me, can I use the vacuums (which are free) since I just drove 20 mins each way. The answer was no. It would be $6 dollars. I have been a customer of this car wash since it opened. For a very long time the price was great and the quality of the tunnel wash was very good. Over the last year they have raised the price from $5 to $8. The quality of the wash in the tunnel has gotten progressively worse. The attendant used to pressure spray the wheels and tires upon entry and they no longer do that. Now that is an extra $10. My car used to come out clean and relatively dry on the painted surfaces. Now I have water spots all over and left over soap from not enough rinse. Recently my wife attempted to speak with the Owner GEORGE about the poor suction on the vacuum line along with the progressively deteriorating quality of the tunnel washes. His responce was " OK , OK YOU HAD YOUR AAY NOW IM VERY BUSY AND HAVE CUSTOMERS TO TAKE CARE OF" I am in the automotive service business and if I was dismissive with a customer like that number one they never come back and number two that would cost me probably hundreds of customers over the next year as a result of a review like this. I understand that as cost of goods goes up so must the price of the services. However, the quality MUST be maintained or the increase is not justified. Especially with the dismissive don't give a damn attitude GEORGE had with my wife, he has no business in the service industry. He should be ashamed of the way he handled himself in this situation. The person I spoke to on the phone when I called today to talk about the things I was not happy with was also dismissive and uncaring. When I went to terminate the contract they were supposed to pay the difference PRO RATA, and they didn't. The rude and threatening manager said the rules are: "After 7 washes the PRO RATA rule does not exist!" I asked him where this is written, he said that every carwash has its rules! If I canceled a plan that pays 29.90usd per month on the 19th, in theory it should return 10usd or something close to that. Had been coming here quite often for years. Today after a wash I got a brown gooey stuff on right side of the car, which I noticed after getting home. I went back to the car wash and they claimed it's not from their carwash and refused to rewash the car unless I pay again. What a customer service. I got my mechanic to take a look at the stuff and he said it's a vaseline with bit of rust in it, and that it's probably from one of the rotating brushes. One would have to wonder why I would bother to review a car wash. I can only say this place deserves it. I went there today and I was extremely pleased. They have a $4 car wash that only includes the exterior. All in all a great value and you don't have to get out of your car. This does not include a hand dry you do get a more than acceptable air dry. What I really like is the vacuums and air guns. Personally I hate people driving my car and with COVID I don't want them too. The vacuums and air guns are powerful and do an excellent job. I don't mind getting my hands dirty or sweating a little because I make it perfect. The air guns allow you to get all the crap out of the tiniest impossible to reach places and the vacuums suck that crap right up. The vacuums and air guns are included with the $4 wash. My car is so clean in and out I'm loving it. No one had to get in my car and drive it. My kind of place. Honestly, I wasn't going to review them because I don't want it to get too busy but wtf they deserve the great review. Go here my friends. Get your hands a little dirty or have them do it. It's 100% worth it. The place literally across the street doesn't offer vacuums or air guns without jacking up the price and it's $4.95 for cash or a small fee for a credit card.
