I called when they were running 15 minutes behind. I called again at 30 minutes. I called again at 45 minutes and explained that I had been sitting in my empty apartment waiting for them for 45 mins and was leaving. I said if they show up to call me and I'd let them in. No call, no show. Keys were due in two days so I couldn't get anyone else hired and had to do it myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Then after paying, and I send my request for a refund via Venmo they block me on Venmo, Nancy doesn't respond to our text messages asking for a refund of $500 from the $1000 they charged. The original quote was 6-7 hours for a deep clean and $600-800, they upped it to $1000 on site (you'll see this in other reviews), then they did 3.25 hours and left without deep cleaning anything, breaking an item, etc. I should have known that they weren't trustworthy when the very social cat wouldn't hang out with them like he does others. Basically you get shoddy work, they ghost you when you say things aren't up to par, and they take your money and run. They literally left 15 minutes after my wife left the house. Unfortunately I was distracted with meetings and work (I work from home) and I paid and they left. I have so many pictures of missed areas, dirt, debris, dead bugs, hair, pet hair, and such. On the surface it looked ok and for a regular cleaning (Quoted $275) it would have been good. A deep cleaning this was not. I'm very disappointed that they won't stand behind their work and either refund the difference or come back and finish the job and remediate the issue. Basically be smarter than me.

When I arrived after they were finished cleaning, the blind weren't clean. There was still dust all over the light fixtures. Multiple windows had smudge marks all over and the interior windows were not cleaned. Their deep clean service states wipe down of baseboards, hardwood floor cleaning. The floors still had dirt on them from the previous owner and after the cleaning there was still dirt. This was definitely not a "deep clean"
