I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again

Katherine is beyond amazing. I went to her for at least 5 years while she was at Entourage. She is so good at what she does that I would schedule my visits around her availability. She is the best at what she does and has a great personality to boot. Besides my regular appointments with her, she came through for me on my wedding day at the last minute when the first person I had planned at another location cancelled. Although she is in the Sacramento area now, I will be making it a point to visit her for services whenever I am in the area, and may have to make special trips up to her area because she is that good. read more

I came to Katherine before my recent fitness competition for a spray tan. She was awesome and very professional. She offered to be available for any touch ups or blemishes that may happen over the next 24 hours. I didn't need her though, the tan turned out flawlessly! I would highly recommend her for any competition tans and/or for any other tans for any occasion. She was super friendly, professional and knowledgable. Wow this was so convenient! I loved being able to get pampered in my own home and easily got along with the business owner. I got my eye brows done and a spray tan, both of which were excellently done. The spray tan felt refreshing and clean, other than some other spray tans I have gotten. After meeting the owner and seeing how fun and comfortable she is to be around, I plan to invite my friends for a tanning get together.....like a fun pamper day! read more

But, I just had to focus on finding a more quality one and here's why: 1. Every time I had my fill with her, I'd walk out of her business with burning eyes. I could not drive right away because my eyes would be super watery and hurt. The burning would last off and on for about a week. Clearly, she doesn't use quality glue. 2. When "cleaning up" my lashes, she would pinch my eyelid at least once causing me to tense up. It was so awful, I've never experienced this before. 3. She would rarely fill every lash as she only filled what she could in one hour maximum. Rarely, did my lashes look like a volume set. I felt like I was just a number to her, trying to fit as many clients as possible into her schedule in one day. If you prefer efficiency over quality products, exquisite customer service, quality looking lashes, I recommend Ashley.
