She explained the service, what to expect and every step as she did it. She was even honest enough to tell me that getting extensions would do a disservice to my real lashes. She's great & doesn't try to push any of her other services, although we did talk about all that she does and I will most likely be going back in the future for my eyebrows. She's very informative & friendly! 1st pic is the day I got my eye lashes lifted and 2nd pic is almost 3 weeks later. So happy with the results!

First, I want to talk about her service about lashes since that's what I got done with her. It's good, not the best. I've been to other places and the best ones that I've gotten were further away and since I saw the reviews with Rimma, I decided I wanted to try her out. The reason why I'm writing this is to comment about her customer service or lack thereof. When I walked into the main salon and I saw her space with the sliding door closed, I knocked, smiled, and waved hi. She just gave me a look then opened the sliding door after she was done preparing her things. When she opened the door, she didn't say much and only told me to lay down. I don't want to go into details because I think a friend of mine knows and goes to her and I'd rather remain anonymous. She told me she didn't need anymore clients. Ok, I get that. Good for her. But when she said that she's done with previous clients and are fed up with them I thought, that's unfortunate to hear but I'm a client too. I don't want to hear her complaining about her other customers and how they seem like irritants to her. At the end of the appointment I felt bad. I felt bad because she made me feel bad. She complained about how I was with her too. Her comments were so rude about me and other clients. She made me feel like she's doing me a favor by servicing me. She told me that I get a reward for being her worst client of the week. Yes, she really said that. She was annoyed that I had coffee before coming to the appointment and that I had to shift a couple of times (and I also asked her to tell me when I can shift) because I was a bit shaky. I'm a mom of a newborn and I really needed coffee that morning. I also am very claustrophobic so I can't lay down still for too long. I seriously couldn't believe that she said that. I get that some people don't have a bubbly and warm personality but if you choose to be in this business where people pay you hundreds of dollars, the least you could do is make them feel comfortable. Unbelievable. I tell all my friends about her because that was just an awful experience. I hope she improves her customer service if she wants to stay in business.

I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up.
