I am 100% sure they kidnapped my cat from my community and hostage her for donation and selling as a business rather than a non profit organization. Pure intention matters! I have donated to multiple organizations monthly base, raising fund for good purpose, money is not a problem for me. However, I don't want to reward bad behaviors. The missing time for my cat and the one they posted online matches and the very detailed stripes pattern matches. It's questionable that one employee said she from North Carolina, another one said she from West Virginia. I have my cat since she was born, I can recognize this cat from eye contact. Well, if you know your children, you know them by the spirit, right? I sent them many details to JUST take a look, they refused. It's not built to help ppl or animals at all. I will show how my cat look like and how sick she is now in their foster home. I'm deeply saddened and worried about her. She is territorial as a cat does. She has been a happy cat in her own home, wtf they think this is a rescue. Now I have to either kiss their ass or be assertive to fight against this negativity just to get her rescued from these horrible ppl. F that! If they don't practice as ethical as it should be, this is a big big issue! I put the photos of how my cat looked before and how she looks now in their foster homes(one with name caption) I am seriously furious and frustrated about this. If they couldn't give me an explanation why they made it so difficult to meet the cat. I have to say I will use my popularity and influence to the extreme to make things right!!!

She listened to all of our concerns. She was very knowledgeable about her answers. She put the medicine in his ears and arranged for a follow up appointment. We never had a follow up appointment any other time that he had an ear infection. That might be why he seemed to get so many infections. They probably never fully went away. When we went back he still had an ear infection. She explained everything to us and answered any questions. My dog actually needed surgery to remove a lump and brush his teeth. She explained everything to us. They even dealt with our constant calls when we were worried about him having surgery. She did a wonderful job! His teeth are nice and white. The mass was removed and identified. She answered all of our questions about biopsies and everything when we picked him up. I recommend her to anyone looking for a vet.

This is my first time ever writing a review, EVER, in any format, because businesses can be hurt if…read morereporting one bad day or one bad experience. But I've had it with this vet office. Do not go here! I waited two days before writing this. This office is not transparent with prices!! I usually can expect and have received a 400 dollar bill having gone here a couple years now, but not this time: $700! For not a whole lot of services! Some bloodwork, ear infection med, and a couple of vaccines. The ear meds needed to last 10 days; it ran out in 3 so they said come back for more, wow! Add another $66 just for that? They well knew it would not last! That's got to be against some type of transparency with the consumer. I guess they think that everyone can afford these prices. No warning. No estimate. I have to take the blame? Their fees should be up front and EXPLAINED when going well beyond "routine."Dont go here! You'll pay a ton for mediocre service. In the past, the vets were okay. Not great, but pleasant enough, though last time they made me feel pretty badly for not taking advice they gave me (which would have cost a ton!). But, I had not made the effort to switch. But this time, they didn't even look him over well. I forgot to ask about his nails to be trimmed and this was an annual so you'd think they'd have seen. They didn't tell me about whether his weight was okay, I had to remember to ask literally on the way out the door. Do not take your pet here. You'll pay $$$ for it and your pet will suffer consequences of not receiving meds for an entire regimen of treatment and you will be treated badly too. Not only do I need to find a good vet, but have to do this right now tfor the same problem which was not well addressed.

Maybe you're reading this because you're in a similar spot to what I was but I'll skip to the end…read moreand just say we do not know if the critter we brought in survived. We never actually called and verified the status. Call it cowardice perhaps but I didn't follow-up because I think our animal was dehydrated and I'd guess it had at best a 50/50 chance if there wasn't a nursing mother on hand, which seems unlikely. I cannot verify whether or not this is a good place to take an injured wildlife, but I wasn't able to find any good alternatives. Hence the 4 star rating. --- SITUATION I was pointed to this service by our vet as a young, wild rabbit was injured by lawn equipment. The woman who took us in wasn't especially empathetic, but then I more want a professional focused on the wildlife. I didn't really need anyone to make me feel better. I drove a very long distance to get here and donated money to the program. They indicated if I wanted updates to include an email address but I didn't get any updates. The only evidence I immediately see was that there were a lot of ducks on the property in pens that seemed to be doing fine. EVALUATION? I would hope that a quality wildlife rescue service would include some kind of transparency about their operations, but I fully recognize and understand not wanting random visitors to come into their offices and operations. It's probably stressful to the animals and could introduce pathogens. I tried to look up how well their running things via independent auditor. The only thing I could find to verify their status but the service does have a positive status report with Charity Navigator, which seemed positive. If I had some idea that the donations were helping wildlife recover, I'd would definitely donate more. Also, if it was clear they were part of a larger program to both help wildlife and address larger issues, especially with endangered wildlife, that would be a major draw. That said, having been a part of nonprofits, I know you do what you can with the resources you have. So really this review is just a big question mark. While, I'm glad there was a service available to address this need, really I can really just hope that they're doing a good job to help animals. Make no mistake: this whole episode was about as fun as falling down a flight of stairs, but it likely would've been much worse without a place like this. And if you are in the position of injuring a wild animal and can't walk away, I hope this review helps somehow.

They both received excellent care and are doing well. When you bring your pets here, you receive a very helpful care sheet. With all of the info you see floating around, it's helpful to get tips like this directly from your veterinarian. I saved my care sheets for just in case, or for when I hire a pet sitter. I like that I can be a full-out nerd about my pets and ask all kinds of questions. I love talking about my animals with the staff here. This is my first bearded dragon so I am always searching for info to take better care of him. Vets probably wonder why their customers are so crazy about their pets... I think going to the vet brings out all of your crazy questions about lizard poop consistency and receding hairlines on an elderly hamster butt. Just asking for a friend... ;) I am used to going to cat and dog vets where I'm not sure if reptiles are a primary focus. It is not like that here! They specialize in small mammals, birds, and reptiles. My last comment is that the office is very clean and well-decorated, and they have a selection of healthy foods that you can purchase for your pet. It's a pleasant space to sit with your pet and receive excellent care from highly knowledgeable staff.
