There is only one way to install this adjustable track bar. I cross referenced this with the 5 various YouTube videos of people installing this track bar on their Jeep. I get a call: "You installed your track bar? Well first of all it's installed upside down and backwards, and all the threads are ruined." The person was so incorrect I didn't even bother showing him the diagram of how it was installed correctly. I just came and got the keys and left. I re-referenced the manufacturer instructions and it is installed correctly. There is only one way for it to fit regardless. I just needed an alignment, but nope, they wouldn't do it. Go elsewhere. Incompetent.

They told me I had to bring my car in to get a quote, so I drove over. Once there, they took my key and told me it would take a couple of days to diagnose the issue. I emphasized very clearly that I only wanted to know the price and didn't want any service done without my approval. I'm not a native English speaker, so I even double-checked with them to make sure they wouldn't charge me before telling me the price. They said "okay." Then, they called me back and told me I needed to replace the entire brake system -- which would cost over $1,000. That's also the first time they mentioned the $155 diagnostic fee. I refused the repair immediately and asked to pick up my car. They still charged me the full $155. Later, I went to Mavis for a second opinion. They did a brake inspection for free, and told me my brakes are only 50% worn and do NOT need to be replaced. Worse still, the shop didn't even check the engine light, which I had asked about. They said that would be an additional $150. So what did I pay $155 for? Only a brake and underbody panel check -- and a sales pitch for an unnecessary repair? When I asked why they didn't mention the diagnostic fee up front, they claimed they told me -- but I'm 100% sure they didn't mention it when I dropped off the car. They only brought it up after they'd already done the inspection and tried to sell me an overpriced repair. At that point, I had no choice but to pay. Summary: * $155 charge for a basic inspection I didn't approve * No written quote given * No engine light check done * Second shop confirmed no repairs were needed * Poor communication, zero responsibility, and no apology This was not a "diagnostic scan." I will use them in the future. They don't have a shuttle service. I only spotted 4-5 chairs with a TV. The room was clean and there was a coffee pot. I opted for an Uber ride home at $20.00

I was greeted upon entering the office and was taken immediately to wait in a nice, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, beverages and snacks. The repairs were completed within the time frame they promised, and the car ran beautifully once on the road. I love the very detailed scope of work with fees that they provided, in addition to receiving an email a few days later with a link to their website where I could schedule a future appointment and even see a history of all the work that had been done on my car. That last feature I really appreciate and relieves me of the necessity of having to search through my auto records to see what work had been done in the past and what still needed to be done in the future. I went in knowing that I had a wheel bearing needing replacement on the front drivers side. I was quoted that it would be a $90 diagnostic fee. It turns out the diagnostic fee was $190. The diagnosis's came back and I was at a loss for words. I was told that I needed wheel bearing on BOTH the driver and passenger front. I was also informed that the bushings for the control arms needed to be replaced. The cost for this: $2822 plus an alignment @ $125. I informed them that I would be picking up my 2014 Toyota Corolla and doing it myself. I decided to go to Auto Doctors @ 172 Mead Rd Ste C Hardeeville, SC 29927. I told him what was diagnosed by Beachside Auto Care and he said he would diagnose also (No Charge). Jason came back saying that only 1 wheel bearing was bad (the one I thought) and my control arm bushings with showing wear, but did not need repair yet. Total bill from Auto Doctor $425. I am thankful for a friend that offered Land Speed as her recommended go to for her Jeep repairs also. I had previously had a quote from a local dealership for $4200 for repairs, that I questioned.
