They cut me up. I asked for wax and she waxed then threaded. Threading is always painful and I was hoping to avoid that, but she just started going. After the service, I did feel some stinging but thought that to be normal. Stinging after a wax isn't out of the ordinary. A day later I noticed the scars on my skin. I got the service on Sunday and I'm writing this on Tuesday. Some of the scarring has gone away but I shouldn't have been cut up in the first place. I'm never returning.

I sporadically get my brows threaded because I think it's inhumane (FYI I also think plucking is a little cruel too) but lasts a really long time. They are simply furnished like most threading places. I have been growing out my brows. So I told her that I wanted a nice arch and she went to work trimming, threading and shaping my brows. When she was done my brow area was on fire but looked really good. I will definitely be back in the name of vanity and convenience but not pleasure lol.

For a nearly $700 permanent facial tattoo, she performed the work freehand without industry-standard mapping tools (string/calipers). ​The entire session took only 30 minutes, which led to: ​Severe Asymmetry: The brows are vertically misaligned on my forehead. ​Geometric Errors: Mismatched arch peaks and tails that do not taper symmetrically. ​Inconsistent Technique: Harsh vertical strokes instead of the soft ombré transition requested in my reference photo. ​I attempted to resolve this amicably, but the artist blamed "natural asymmetry" and "healing" for what are clearly measurement errors. She refused a refund and asked for more money to "fix" it. Please be cautious. Once the ink is placed incorrectly, it is a permanent and expensive mistake to fix. She's never done it too skinny or cut me in any way. She takes her time with everyone which I love. She also offers body waxing and facials but I've never done any of that. I recommend the threading because it lasts longer and helps you keep your shape. Her prices are fair, $5 for eyebrows. I think she takes cards but I've never tried. I originally was supposed to do my eyelashes yesterday but something came up. She was nice enough to squeeze me into the schedule today before my photoshoot and it's honestly greatly appreciated! I can't wait to see how my eyebrows will look tomorrow. Today, I got the silk eyelashes w C-curl (90 pieces on each side). I chose the cat eye look for a more dramatic look. I also loved how they had us sign a couple of papers and had us read some of the terms and conditions prior to getting the eyelashes done because I found out that the glue had some latex in it. I'm allergic to latex but it's not to a point where a small amount is a huge concern. It's definitely important to let them know of any allergies you might possibly have before getting anything done to your face!
