I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. I went in specifically to have filler placed in my upper lip. Andrea ended up putting filler in other areas that I had not asked for, while the middle portion of my upper lip was missed entirely. When I called to question what had happened, I was asked to send a picture, which I did. Unfortunately, I never received an explanation or a clear response about why the area I had specifically requested was not treated. I then had to repeatedly ask for another appointment, and eventually one was scheduled about seven weeks later. At this point, I'm already seeing my lines returning, and I honestly feel that the $750 I spent was not well spent. I'm now being told that I would need to spend another $750 for additional filler. Considering that I don't feel the first treatment achieved what I originally asked for, I personally do not feel comfortable spending another $750. I'm sharing this simply so potential customers can make an informed decision. My experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost, the areas that were treated versus what I requested, and the lack of follow-up when I raised my concerns. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask questions, be very specific about what they want treated, and make sure they fully understand what will be done before proceeding.
